On time to pick up at airport and on time for pickup at the hotel perfect I will continue using them I've used them before

Experience was very good. Communications was better than other vendors I have used. The driver was excellent and made the drive very nice. He was very friendly and polite. The pick up at the airport is not great and I can understand the reason, there are a lot of vendors trying to get you to travel with them and they all make it confusing.

The confirmation email I received stated that the driver can wait only 5 minutes past the scheduled time but he arrived 10 minutes late! He was on the phone at least 50% of the time driving with one hand and was often speeding. He was so distracted that he did not ask us which terminal and dropped us off at terminal A at PUJ. luckily for us I realized it was terminal A with a couple of minutes and rushed back outside. Surprise surprise, he was still on the phone standing on the curbside. He did then drop us off at terminal B, if not, it would have been quite a walk with the luggage on hot day!

When you get out of customs, you'll see a ton of people. The trick is not to go outside for fresh air. Stay inside the building and look for someone holding a sign with your name in the crowd.

On time, new vehicles, great communication through Whatsapp. Highly recommend.

Experience was great always use on vacation. The only thing that was not the greatest this one time was the pick up from the airport to the resort. My driver was not anywhere when I arrived and when I was looking. I had to call in order to see where the driver was. Which was an inconvenience.

Excellent job! I was picked up with my family and driven to my hotel. The driver waited an hour for us and was very kind. He had cold bottles of water waiting for us. Overall great experience. Dispatch service was in constant contact. Driver was polite and accommodating. Our flights were delayed but we were greeted without issue. Driving in the DR is chaotic but our driver Angel took us to our destination without issue. Angel also added some much needed humor and local info. It was the perfect start to our DR vacation. Noah Travel Services is my new travel contact whenever we visit the DR. A++

I would highly recommend Punta Cana Transfers for anyone visiting and wanting a hassle free, safe, and affordable ride. Julio was very responsive and accommodating of our group of 14 travelers. We were picked up promptly at the airport at our discussed time and he provided a lot of information to us - great communication. He also provided a PDF of excursions if we were interested in booking those through him, and appreciated that he did not pressure us or give us a sales pitch like others that you meet in Punta Cana. We had a great experience that we booked a return trip at the end to take us to the airport. The vehicles were clean, had AC, and our drivers were helpful - we did have one small hiccup and got dropped off at the wrong terminal, but that was my fault for not confirming with the driver before we got dropped off at the airport. Luckily, the other terminal was an 3min walk and connected with a ramp. All in all, I will definitely book with Punta Cana Transfers if I return back for future vacations.

People were there but we were not on the list so we had to pay $40 extra. And file for a refund! 😢😢😢😢

The booking was very easy. The company reached out to let us know they have acknowledged the booking and informed us they will be tracking the flight and will be waiting for us at the exit with my name on a sign. Drive from airport to hotel and back was super smooth, no complaints. Drivers are professional and courteous. Vehicles were great.
