We used this service to and from the airport and our resort. Had a different driver for each, but they were both friendly and excellent drivers. Vehicles were spacious and clean.

Our driver was full of information and we had a great time learning about the Dominican Republic while we drove!

There is a lot of chaos when you exit the airport , but we were able to see our name clearly. Alex was super friendly , helpful , on time, a safe driver and a great tour guided as he gave us information on the area.

Driver was very friendly, professional. Clean, comfortable van. Excellent communication from time of booking untiln drop off. They made it easy to navigate through chaos of PUJ airport. Learned lots about area and felt totally safe.

The driver was waiting promptly with our name. He was pretty easy to find. We had to walk a little bit to a place where he could get the car but completely understand with the way. The airport is just folk should be aware if they can’t walk far.

The ride back to the airport the driver was friendly and engaging which always make the end of the trip worth while.

Driving company had our name on the sign upon exit of airport. That made it easy to find. It's chaotic at the exit. Make sure they say your name and your destination to you, that way you know you're getting the company you booked. They coordinate with the drivers so you don't wait more than a few minutes. My only complaint was with my company I picked, paid for a suburban got a little white van. $86 for a family of 6 to Majestic Mirage. Driver was good.

Very punctual transportation, service was excellent. The drivers were friendly and polite. When picked up, the driver had to wait for other family members to solve an issue and he was patient and so was his supervisor. Easy and fast communication through Whatsapp. Easy booking for return trip through Whatsapp as well. I highly recommend it!

Everything went smoothly. We were greeted at the airport with a sign and immediately taken to the vehicle waiting for us. The provider kept in touch with us before our trip to make sure that everything was as planned. They provided us with information about how to find them, to be careful of other taxi companies trying to convince you to ride with them, and all the necessary contact information. Again, the day before our departure, they reached out to confirm our pick up time at the hotel, and arrived right on time. Payment was done in full in cash at the time of pick up at the airport, but there was no hesitancy in making the payment. They were very reliable, friendly, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable.

This was a mini getaway for us. The pick up at the airport was in a mini van. The pick up at the hotel was done with a larger shuttle style van. In both cases the traveling was private, quick, about 25 minutes to our hotel/ airport. I would use them again.

I had an excellent experience with the round trip transfer from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana. Drivers were both pleasant and professional. My biggest concern going to LATAM is a driver who is cautious and responsible with my family as often some of them break the laws and drive erratic, Punta Cana transfer is mindful of driving tourists in a comfortable responsable manner. I will use them and recommend them for your transfer needs. Ask for driver with WIFI in the car, makes a big difference with kids! DG.
