This airport transfer was a great choice during our family’s stay in Punta Cana. The drivers were very timely and professional. The large cars very comfortable and clean. The company was especially accommodating as we had a lot of heavy luggage. Communication was great - would definitely reccomend.

The drivers were courteous both ways, to and from the airport. I would highly recommend them. Even though they were not fluent in English, they tried to communicate with us.

WestJet did WestJet things after our flight was cancelled, and we ended up 30 minutes away from the airport at the Majestic Colonial for the night. Our rescheduled flight left at 11 am, and our "free" WestJet transfer was only scheduled to collect us at 9 am, along with the other 150+ impacted by the cancelled flight. Anyway, it was clear this would not work out well. With less than 10 hours before we needed to be at the airport, we booked a private transfer with Punta Cana Transfer. Their pricing was among the best we found, the driver arrived on time in a clean and comfortable van, the driver was very friendly and we made it to the airport on time to catch our flight home. Highly recommend.

I’ve never been the type to take the time to leave a review, but I have to say that this transfer company and its employees are the most professional and courteous transfer we’ve ever had. We’ve traveled Mexico, Puerto Rico, and many parts of the US and never been so relaxed. On the trip from from Punta Cana Airport to our resort we were delayed for almost 2hrs at customs due to the long lines. The driver was patient, they kept in constant communication with us and patiently waited, he was even the first person in front of the door when we walked out of the airport and had my name largely displayed for me to see. On our return trip from the resort to the site airport the driver was 20min early and was extremely patient while we did our check out. Our driver Marving was extremely kind and helpful. We wanted to do so last minute shopping and without any hesitation on our way to the airport he took us to get some last minute items. This company is 1000% safe! and extremely recommended!! These guys made the trip to the resort & back to the airport as easy as it could get, especially when traveling with 5 kids! Great communication & great people. All around great service!

Punta Cana Transfer was excellent. I was stuck in customs immigration for 90 minutes, with no What'sApp/wifi or internet, so I couldn't communicate. They were still outside waiting for me. On way to the pretty black SUV, I dropped my travel pillow and didn't notice but the driver did and he went back to get it. On my return from the resort to the airport, my driver, Alex, was super nice. We had a great conversation that made the 25 minutes seem like 5 (and I'm an introvert). It was $60 round trip, service was awesome. When I go back, I will definitely book PC Transfer again!

These guys were AMAZING. Our driver was legit standing as close as possible to the doors where you exit the airport with a big sign with my name on it. Nice clean van. They contacted me before my departure to make sure they came when I wanted them to. We went to the lobby almost 15 min ahead of the agreed upon time and our driver was already patiently waiting for us. I will use them again and again if we return!
