The condition of the vehicle was perfect - to include cool drinks and AC - However when we arrived, the driver was nowhere to be found (only an iPad with our names on it sitting on a ledge) clearly this was an issue. After 10 mins of communication (via email) our driver arrived (he was parking the vehicle in a lot which we understood but he should’ve arrived earlier to take care of that. Most importantly is that throughout the whole process we were forced to communicate via email!????? How does that make sense. We have phones, WhatsApp etc. but we had to wait for their operator to respond and hope the WiFi at the airport & hotel was good enough for emails to come thru. This part was a complete failure. If they fix this issue as well as ensuring that upon arrival your operator is there to greet you they would get 5 stars. May seem minor but with no driver there you have to then deal with 10 other guys asking you about taxi and/or car service. Again, the car, water in the car, AC and safety of the driver were all very good.

For departures from the Lopesan Costa Bavaro to the PUJ, your driver will arrive at the hotel lobby at the requested time to take you to the PUJ.

We had a great experience using this car service. It was easy to find our driver once we walked out of the airport. The driver provided cold water and beer. The ride was fine. The driver friendly and professional. The airport pickup was confusing and took a long time to figure out. We're seasoned travelers so not our first rodeo. But, beyond that, no problems. The website app worked well.

I am so happy to have booked this private transfer. It was just me and my young daughter traveling. They maintained communication with me and sent me photos of where they were waiting for me at airport and hotel with my name. They were so friendly and accommodating. I felt safe which for me was the most important. You should definitely Use them if your visiting Punta Cana.

Julio did the transportation setup o and from the airport he was very nice and was always available for questions. We also booked The Soana excursion, the boat ride was an experience LOL. The island tour, the different snorkeling and the swim with starfish was great. The lunch was delicious and the tour guides were very friendly. I will say t was a long excursion, but worth the time. The driver on the way to the airport was Super Mark, he definitely was super. Overall, I 100% recommend Punta Cana Transportation!!!
