Excellent service. We had a long wait in in the customs line at the airport and our driver reached out and confirmed he would wait for us.

Our driver was on time, (maybe a little bit early). He was helpful and courteous. His driving was excellent. After dropping us off at the correct gate, an airport employee told him he was at the wrong gate. Not his fault. We would recommend this service to others.

This company made my transport from the airport to the hotel and back super smooth, easy, and comfortable. I was very anxious about getting to the hotel safely and from the moment I got into the car I felt very safe. We communicated with the company through what's app when we landed and they told us exactly where to meet with a sign with our name. Our driver, Alex was very welcoming and informed us about different hotels and excursions we passed on the way. He offered us cold water and drinks during our drive. Transport from PUJ to Grand Sirenis Resort: The experience was very good! We were a group of 15 people, and everyone fit very comfortably in the vehicle. The driver was very nice—helpful, humble, and very welcoming. Although he couldn’t communicate well in English, he did his best, and it gave us a chance to practice our español! Overall, the service was satisfying, comfortable, and reliable. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Julio at Punta Cana Transfer was amazing to work with! We used both the round-trip, hotel-airport transfers and excursion to Monkeyland and ATV/“buggy” riding. He was extremely fast and consistent communicating by text and email to confirm bookings, explain directions, give pick up times, and answer our questions. Julio even upgraded us to a private Escalade transfer with informative discussion about Dominican culture along the way. I could go on and on about the fun excursion, but to sum it up, the monkeys are adorable! Our two school-aged kids were enthralled with the cute, little, friendly monkeys jumping right on us! (It was exciting, but not scary at all.) It was such a cool experience! I would highly recommend Julio and this company. The prices were fair, and the communication and professionalism was top-notch!
