They were prompt, efficient, and very courteous. Never had any worries getting from the airport to the resort (50 minutes away), and vice versa. I plan to revisit the DR and will definitely use them again.
Easy to find, friendly and professional. Benjamin was our driver and he was knowledgeable about the area and was an excellent driver . Vehicle was clean and comfortable
Our driver Elodi was very professional, reliable, and friendly. He was early and such a great driver.
Highly recommended. The drivers were there to meet us not only on time, but earlier. Both were the kindest and most respectful people. The trip was smooth and the cars very comfortable.
Timely, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable driver. Very easy to locate the driver with the sign with our name.
Driver was very prompt and courteous. Responded to all questions on the app as well when providing additional information.
Good communication from the company, on time pickup, and very friendly driver. Smooth process and would definitely recommend.
Easy, fast, safe, reliable service. From an east coast American. They were easy to find, had my name on a sign, and took us straight to our hotel with no problem.
The airport is a little chaotic, but the team was able to get us and help us navigate the crowd to a calmer pickup area. We felt safe and comfortable during the roughly 50 minute drive to the resort. They were prompt in picking us up for our return and communication was a breeze using email on the airport or resort WiFi if you are not paying for a data plan. Will absolutely use them again!
Julio was very helpful. Also, both drivers (to and from airport) were very friendly. Everyone from Caribbean Airport Transfers made us feel very welcome and safe
Very kind, very prompt, very good and fast communication! Even reached out to help me coordinate my trip from hotel resort back to airport. Vehicles used were quite old; however, everyone was very friendly and professional.
Excellent service, great communication and attention. Will book again if I return to Dominican Republic.
After collecting luggage and passing through security, walk outside the airport and look along side wall for sign with name.

Driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name. Walked us to the shuttle and had cold water for us. Told us about how long the drive would be and drove in a responsible way. Wouldn’t hesitate to travel with them again
Convenient and good price for the two way service. Driver was on time and was polite. Good experience. Easy to book and can pay cash or credit
We had a wonderful experience using this service. Their communication and attentiveness was excellent. I had messaged the company a few times at the airport from our home location to advise them we were delayed on our flight and the assured me it wasn’t an issue as they also kept up with all delays. Once we had exited the PUJ airport, our associate was easily visible with a sign with my name on it. He directed us to our vehicle with our driver and sent us on our way. Our driver kept us in a lighthearted conversation throughout our drive and gave us great tips on what to look for in PC. Wonderful experience overall! Will be using them again!
Everything went super smooth. Julio was waiting for me when I arrived and made sure the rain did not soak me wet, what I really appreciated. Apart from that very safe and good driver thanks a lot! Kidn regards Stacy from Germany :)

The company communicated well and made our trip very easy. The van was comfortable with good air conditioning and the driver was very friendly.
Leugy was AWESOME and came to find us in the busy, construction-filled exit terminal! He got us to our hotel so fast and educated us on the layout of Punta Cana and all of the things to do. Would absolutely recommend this company!
Smooth and easy. Driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. Took our bags and went straight to the car. Even stopped to get us more beer for the ride. Great service. Would recommend.
Lil D was fun, professional, and respectful! We had a great ride from PUJ to Excellence Punta Cana! Will book for ride back!

We used Carribean service transfers on our trip to Punta Cana to get back and forth from the airport. They were a pleasure to work with. Smooth booking, on time, clean vehicles, and safe driving. Highly recommend!
We used this shuttle both ways from Excellence Punta Cana to the airport. Alex was great. On time and the vehicle was clean with water provided. We’ll book with them again if we come back.
We are from North Carolina. We came here with some good friends for vacation. The experience has been a wonderful one from the airport to the resort. Super Marc was so nice to us. Excellent driver, excellent personality and very knowledgeable about Punta Cana. I will be making a note to remember to select you all from our next trip here to Punta Cana and recommend you to anyone who is coming this way

The transfer was very comfortable and on time. He even waited for us for 2 hours at the airport due to our flight being delayed. Very dependable. Would use them again!
Driver was on time and very professional, we had a group of 12 people and the driver loaded all the luggage with care. I highly recommend this service
Had a great experience with Punta Cana Transfer going to / from an Excellence resort. 10/10 experience with them and would recommend!
Picked us up at exactly the agreed upon time, van was extremely comfortable, and Alex was a pleasure to talk to on the ride. Highly recommend!
Everything was exactly like it was explained. Communication was great with Viator to book and then the company reached out sent an email with all details. It was perfect. We booked a return trip with them as well
