My wife and I used Caribbean Airport Transfers for our round-trip transportation in Punta Cana, and we couldn't be happier. The drivers were incredibly friendly and—most importantly—perfectly on time. We never had to wait a single minute at the airport or our resort. The vehicles were spotless and clearly well-maintained. If you need a private transfer in PC, look no further. Highly recommended!

Incredible and relaxing experience! Julio texted me the entire time letting me know what to expect, answering all my questions, and letting me know when my drivers would be at my location to transfer us to and from the airport. I felt safe and never felt a doubt with our rides. My husband and I truly felt so much peace of mind, because we were always taken care, welcomed, and felt like we had a private transportation concierge. Our driver Miguel was also so polite and told us all about Punta Cana, which was a cherry on top of our experience! It was like we had a private, professional tour guide headed to our hotel (for free!). We’d use and recommend this shuttle service over and over again! Thank you!

We had a great transfer with Punta Cana Transfer! We found them easily, the vans were comfortable, and they were very good at communication through WhatsApp. Highly recommend them. Our group got separated due to a canceled flight and different rebooking - they were able to accommodate us and were very flexible in the adjustment. Would absolutely use again for transfer from the airport to an all-inclusive!

I didn't have a tour, but they made getting to and from the airport and hotel easy. Julio is very quick and responsive to any questions or needs you have. Driving in Punta Cana is crazy let them handle it for you.

Transportation was well priced and quick. Julio and team were quick to respond with any questions. Gave 4 stars because there was a lack of communication on who our driver was and when the driver would arrive to the airport when we landed. A confirmation text the day before would have been very helpful. This resulted in us frantically looking to others for help for 30+ minutes in the pickup area. We finally got ahold of Julio and he let us know our driver was running a little behind. After initial pick up, everything was perfect! Our drivers were very nice and helped with bags. Julio followed up via text multiple times to make sure we were taken care and put a plan in place for our departure back to airport. Driver arrived early for pickup and which made for a stress free trip back to airport. I would definitely use the service again, I just wish we had a better plan in place for pick up upon arrival, as it was quite stressful landing in another country, not knowing if a driver was going to show.

Quick, competent and well priced transportation to our resort. It was nice to be able to avoid the horde of drivers at the airport and much more reasonable than the service provided through the resort.

I reached out to the company and within a hour Julio had contacted me. He gave me all sort of important information I.e. to be careful of what they call pirates, companies that will say things like oh your driver could not make it but i am his replacement etc, along with what the sign would look like from the driver that was picking us up. The drivers name was Jose. He was a very pleasant young man and we arrived to the resort in good time. On the way home however was a different story none of which is the companies fault. Julio reached out to me the day before we had to leave to set up a pick up time. A driver arrived at the Excellence with a sign that had both my last name and my husbands. I thought nothing of it so we jumped in the van and off to the airport. When we got out he never mentioned any price but I just assumed that it was the agreed upon price with Julio. I gave him the money and into the airport we went. While standing in line I received a call from Julio. He asked me where I was I said at the airport why? He said the driver was at the Excellence waiting for us. I was horrified. I told him about the sign and as I was speaking I realized the only people that knew both my husbands and my last name was the resort. I said that to Julio and he said I was probably right. This upset me no end. Why would a 5 star resort give out our information to a company when they knew I already had booked one? This is a small business which I 100% support. Their prices are very good the van was impeccable. Whenever we return I will absolutely call on this company for transportation.

Not sure what else you can ask for in a car service ... We used Julio & Punta Cana Transfer for multiple trips during our stay in January 2023. There is no doubt we will be hitting them up every time we go back. The luxury transfer was reasonably priced and much cheaper than all the other recommendations I found on the TripAdvisor forums. Julio was an excellent communicator. Our driver, Wizer, was awesome: punctual and hilarious. Booking a standard trip through the website was easy and we handled a custom trip using text and email. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you Julio!

We took a private transfer to our resort on both arrival and departure. Drivers were punctual, and wonderful to chat with. We will definitely be hiring from this service when we return to the DR!
