Private Transfer Punta Cana Airport To/from Dreams Cap Cana

Very pleased with constant communication updates with the company. Drive was there waiting with my name visible for easy contact. Driver was nice, van clean, and the overall customer service was great! Would highly recommend them!!!

We booked a premium private transfer (Suburban) for $80 USD that explicitly included a "Meet and Greet" and beverages (beer and water). The experience was a complete disaster from the moment we landed, and the company's attitude via WhatsApp was a mockery. First, there was no one waiting for us at the exit. We had to wait outside for almost half an hour, calling and sending messages, but they never answered our calls. The famous personalized welcome sign, which they send you a "photo" of via WhatsApp before you arrive, never physically existed at the airport. They later tried to claim we "walked past" the sign, which is completely illogical. There is only one exit, there were very few people holding signs, and the airport in general was quite empty, yet all four of us were actively looking for ours. Even if the person holding the sign was different from the driver, they were nowhere to be found. If they had actually been there, they would have been 30 seconds away from us right at the exit, where we stood burning in the heat for over 20 minutes. We didn't miss them; they simply weren't there. Instead of answers, we were fed a barrage of constantly changing excuses in a matter of minutes: 1- "He went for the vehicle." 2- "He's getting there but there are so many vehicles at the parking." 3- "Security told him he had to move the VAN" (Wait, we paid for a luxury Suburban, not a van!). This proved they were just making up generic lies, because we booked a luxury SUV and were eventually picked up in one, not a van. 4- Finally, the driver himself told us the "original" driver got a flat tire. It became obvious what their business model is: if they are overwhelmed, they outsource your reservation to random third parties at the very last minute. You end up with a completely improvised trip. When our driver finally arrived, the vehicle’s windshield was broken. To make matters worse, they didn’t provide the drinks we paid for. The WhatsApp operator initially tried to lie, saying our package didn't include them. Then, the outsourced driver offered to detour off our assigned route to go buy beers at a store. Taking an unplanned detour with a strange driver after they had already failed so dramatically breaks every basic safety rule when traveling with family. We firmly refused. To cover their incompetence, their customer service had the audacity to send us fake photos of a cooler full of ice and beer to "prove" they always carry drinks, which was an absolute lie for our vehicle. They use pre-made photos to gaslight the customer instead of apologizing. Do not risk your money or your family's safety with them; it feels more like a scam than a professional company.

Easy and timely pickups on both to/from at amazing value, good driving, considerate as I was pregnant and had my mother in law, husband and 1.5 yr old with me as well. Fast but gentle on bumps for us. Definitely worth it and very fast at message responses, great job.

Start your day with breakfast at the Boathouse Restaurant. Build an omelette and treat yourself with a Mimosa and coffee Today for Valentine’s Day we treated ourselves to a 50 minute Relaxing Massage and then walked the beach to get an ocean view. Later went to the Salty Bar and joined in on games and the Foam Machine. Wrapping it up with dinner at Frank & Lola’s for dinner and drinks.

Julio, The transport company owner, was always in communication with me, which I really appreciated!! The driver was waiting for my wife and I as we started our vacation. The driver was friendly, had a cooler of bottled water, and was a safe driver. Capa Cana resort was only about a 15 minute ride from the airport. We used this company at the end of our trip to return to the airport as well. Another safe driver. Again, great communication!! It was easy (I am not an international traveler, so I really appreciated Julio and his team for being timely and in communication with me. ) I would use them again.

The transport was seamless!! I was in contact with Julio to let him know where we were in the process (Flight delay, immigration, etc). The directions sent were very clear and helpful. The driver was waiting. The ride to the resort was safe. Highly recommend!!

From the airport to the hotel, our excursion, visiting the mall and our departure, Julio and his team were amazing! Super easy to book & at an affordable price I am so glad we found them. The excursion was SO much fun and one of our favorite days through our whole trip! The La Hacienda excursion is one that you don’t want to miss, from the trip there, zip lining, boogies, horse back riding, beach and food alongside the locals & a photographer taking photos along the way was awesome. There was not one beat that Julio and his team missed. The drivers are very friendly and kind, shout out to Super Mark & Frank, and every single other driver we encountered! Would book again 100%, it is safe, affordable and reliable.

We were greeted at the airport upon our arrival by a friendly and courteous driver. The vehicle was clean and cool and cold water was provided. We booked them for our return to the airport and the morning of we had to move our transport an hour earlier last minute. They were very responsive and had no issues accommodating our request. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Our flight into Punta Cana airport was about and hour late. I was concerned that our transfer driver would have given up and left the airport. I surprised to see the sign with my name as we got outside the terminal. We had a difficult time traveling to and from our vacation but the transfer to and from the resort was perfect.

My fiancé and I used Punta Cana Transfer for our shuttle from the airport to our resort. Marc picked us up in a nice vehicle and he was wonderful. He had cold water in the car for us. He answered all our questions and he had a sign outside the airport with my name on it and he was easy to find. We had a such a good experience with the airport ride that we booked a buggies tour with Punta Cana Transfer. It was fun and exciting, we were covered in mud from head to toe. But then we got to go into a beautiful beach and wash off in crystal clear water. We enjoyed the buggies tour so we also booked a Catalina Island boat tour. It lasted all day. I scuba dove and my fiancé snorkeled. They took us to the island for 3 hours and provided lunch and alcohol. The island was breathtaking. I highly recommend using them for everything while in punta cana. The only con is that Julio waits a little long to provide the details of the excursions. It would be better if they provided the details earlier. But it all went smooth anyways

Our round trip service to resort and airport was excellent. Driver was on time and we were also upgraded to a luxury vehicle when we purchased a tour to La Hacienda. Julio was also very responsive when I had questions. Price was also very reasonable.

Highly recommend! Very professional. We were greeted with a sign with our name on it and took us right to our hotel. Coming home they were right on time to bring us back to airport. Very friendly

Our butler for our villa, Eramy, was amazing. We have no complaints about anything with the resort. All staff was so nice and accommodating.

Best trip we have taken! Bartenders were awesome! Luis, Gregorio Justin Bieber WiFi 69 carlos Wanda Food was good. Favorite was Italian. Entertainment was great! We loved Karoke night! We will be back!

Everything went perfectly. They were waiting for me at the airport and on time to pick me up at Margaritaville to take me to the airport. Arrangements were made timely for the pick-ups. They recommended some excursions to us. We used one at it went well. Pleased with the service.

The luxury facilities, the cleanliness in the whole hotel is impeccable, the service of all the staff is unbeatable. Since we arrived, all the people care about making you feel on your best vacation. The food, unlike other hotels, is Gourmet, it has different specialty restaurants Steak House, Oriental, Italian, another local food restaurant called Rum Runners, among others, each one with a wide variety of delicious dishes.

Nothing but top notch safe service provided. Tobi was our driver to and from the airport and everywhere else we wanted. He made sure I was properly hydrated (if you know what I mean) on all trips. Julio was my point of contact and exceeded all expectations. We booked many excursions though him and used them for all transportation needs. A few extra dollars for private transportation vs a group shuttle was well worth it. Julio has options for many excursions and even some Air B&Bs. He will not push them on you but offers some of the best prices in the country. My wife and I have already booked another trip to the Dominican and he will be our guy again. Thanks Julio and Tobi for making our trip stress free and can’t wait to see you again.

The staff here was amazing! If I was to ever come back, they would be the main reason. Justin Bieber was hilarious, and very entertaining for the week. J House was also a great kid, and very conscious to our needs. Eduardo aka,(fast eddy) awesome guy, also very helpful to our needs. So many good staff/ bartenders. Jenny from the block, nunnez, dianna, and Carlos. Just to mention a few.

This place exceeded our expectations! The staff, the amenities, the events were perfect!! A special mention to “Justin Bieber” who was so amazing with our 15 year old son!! He was the highlight of my son’s vacation! Jose, Edward and Nunez were sooo delightful!! And Jenny at the Compass bar! I can’t believe we met Justin Bieber-he was friendlier than I ever could ever have imagined!!

Our experience with Punta Cana Transportation was amazing! They communicated with us as soon as we made the reservation, giving us instructions and assuring us they would be waiting for us at the airport - and they were! We were able to book an excursion through their service and had a great time. To thank us for booking through them, they upgraded us to a limo for the return trip to the airport. We really can't say enough good things about how courteous, professional, and reliable all of the drivers and the service was. They are our go-to for our next trip to Punta Cana!
