The language barrier was a little bit of a problem when I received a text from a driver stating "he" was picking me up for the return I Punta Cana.
But I had already made arrangements with my previous driver to pick me up for the return.
I had to send texts to both drivers to question what was going on?
Yes they had switched but they didn't explain that to me.
With the late pickup from the airport the week before, I'm not sure I'd use them again when there are many, many others tp provide the same service.

Overall it was a good service. There was a mixup when the driver was not present to pick me up. Thanks to the airport personnel it was resolved after a 30 min wait.
The day before I received a text message from someone claiming to be the driver but no mention of VIATOR.
It was full of ads and other SERVICES it provided so I thought it might be a scam text?
Though the text did provide information on where to meet the driver and to call when I arrived but it needs to mention that it is part of the VIATOR service for a traveler to know that it was legitimate.
All was good. Hopefully the return trip will be less stressful.
