TERRIBLE !!! No one was there to get us at the airport !! When we asked everyone where our transfer would be located no one even knew who they were.!! We paid another transfer to take us to our resort. REFUND!!!!

Our driver was 25 minutes late because he went to the wrong pickup location, which was a bit stressful at the time. We were told this is typical “Caribbean time.” Thankfully, we made our flight with no problem. Overall, the booking was very easy through the app, and the customer support team was excellent and highly responsive.

We booked our transportation to and from the hotel. Easy communication via Whatsapp, on time for pick up both ways, and the price is reasonable for private transport (not having to be stopped multiple times compared to share rides). The hotel was charging $20pp. This company was far less and better. I would recommend this company!

Overall excellent. It’s very hectic at the airport so it wasn’t easy to find the person taking us to the car. But once we got to the driver, it was easy. David was very nice and even after my husband left his sunglasses, he came right back to return them.

I booked transport from Punta Cana airport to my hotel through Caribbean Airport Transfers. I was contacted several times in advance by the tour operator to confirm my pickup , which put me at ease as I had never used their service before. Our driver was waiting for us outside the airport and led the way to a clean and air conditioned van. I was contacted again by the tour operator a few days prior to departure to book our return pickup. We had an early flight and our driver was right in time, set us up with the baggage handler and gave us hug goodbye and wished us safe travels. I highly recommend their services!

They were easy to find. They had a sign with our name on it. The van was close by and the driver was nice. He did not speak English very well but he had the Google translate app so we were able to communicate no problem.

They were very communicative and texted me to tell me where to go. They were absolutely on time and reliable. My only issue was the AC wasn’t awesome in the van, but it’s a warm island, so I get it.

This company was amazing. They sent me the picture below to know exactly what to look for at the very busy airport. Their signs stood out, their drivers were professional and courteous and even had cold water for us on a very humid 90 degree day arrival in Punta Cana. We could always reach them by text for slight changes to pickup time or any other questions and they responded to my texts within 5 minutes every time. So affordable, but more importantly, safe and comfortable transportation in a large vehicle with great AC!! I will be using Viatar every opportunity I get going forward!

The first time i used them they were very good, so we used them a second time. The second time they were a no show to take us to the airport. We waited half hour before getting a taxi. They apologized and said there was a mix up on their end and refunded our money. Things happen I understand but added stress on trying to make it to the airport on time. So one time very good another time not so much

We had an awesome experience with this company! I forgot to book an airport transfer until right before my flight, and Julio was super helpful and had a ride waiting for me at the airport with my name on it. The drivers are super friendly (we loved SuperMark!) and helpful as well. We also booked an excursion through them, and they took the time to answer all my questions prior to booking, were available on WhatsApp to help with anything all day long, and continuously checked to make sure we had everything we need. The excursion to Scape Park that they recommended was awesome too! Other couples in our group used their airport transfer services and everyone was treated extremely well!

Great service and attentive. Our driver Alex was super friendly and gave us some insights of Punta Cana as we drove to the hotel. Nice clean mini van with cold water waiting for us. Would definitely recommend and use again without a doubt.

The driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name. Very easy to spot him in the chaos of passenger pickup at Punta Cana. It is very convenient to have someone waiting for you step out of the terminal as many individuals will approach you trying to offer you a ride. Private transfer is way better than the shuttle and cost efficient if there’s 4 or more in your group. You don’t have to wait for other passengers to get going, you don’t have stops on the way to your hotel and the ride is more comfortable. The driver was very polite and friendly. Booking was very easy and so was paying via PayPal. All communication with Julio was over WhatsApp and he responded immediately.
