Private Transfer Punta Cana Airport - Puerto Plata Hotels

Diamond Tours was absolutely amazing when it came to punctuality, efficiency, and respect. My communication with them was great even before we landed. They were very communicative and helpful. The drivers themselves were also very kind, helpful, and patient (with my crappy Spanish). I will definitely be using them on any trips back to the Dominican. Thank you!

As a single, solo traveler, landing late at night to an unexpected airport due to flight changes, and having to travel five hours in the middle of the night through the mountains with a strange driver, on faith, was enough to say the least. However, my contact Juan and my driver Elvin were excellent and made me feel very comfortable. Elvin was a great driver and there were absolutely no issues. I was safe and made the trip without issue. I highly recommend Diamond. I will note that there is no Diamond counter in the airport, I had to walk to the jet lag café, and the driver picks you up in the general area. That was my experience. I expected there to be a diamond counter based on my text messages, but that could have been a language communication barrier.

Excellent communication via WhatsApp. They make sure you have all the information you need. Archangel is an excellent driver; very smooth.

Leni was so kind and a great driver. The car was clean and he made sure that we were comfortable the entire trip to the hotel. He answered all of our questions about what to do, food, and beach recommendations. 10/10 would recommend and ask for Leni! Thank you for making our entrance into Punta Cana so smooth and relaxing.
