He was not at airport!!!and said he would not even guarantee even being there within 45 minutes Very disappointing Travelling with my daughter and 5 month old… and my husband and son in law!! Never again!
He never showed up. I waited for 30 minutes and when I called him he said he would give me my money back. Left me stranded
Our driver did NOT show up for our arrival in Punta Cana so we had to grab a taxi. The company said they didn't have a driver for us. We contacted the company again once at our hotel and were told we would get a refund, which has not shown up yet. We had booked a return trip so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Our driver for the return to the airport was 15 minutes late and drove extremely slow. It was a painful trip to the airport.
Refund me. We immediately landed and were messaged that we would not be taken and they would refund us - leaving us with no ride.
I spent 50.00 dollars for a pick up for me and my wife and no one showed up and I was given the run around. I had to spend an additional 30.00 dollars to take a taxi tothe resort! Iwill never use this service agai and will be telling all my friends not to use it either!!!! I need my money refunded ASAP!
Excellent and friendly service. Company representative had a large sign with my name on it at the airport and driver was on time and personable.
Driver was waiting on me when I arrived at the airport with my name printed which made it easy. The driver took us to the resort with no issues.
I was dropped off at the wrong hotel. The driver was super nice, but left so quickly and without double checking he was in the right place, I could have used the tip I gave him to pay for the next taxi I had to hire.
Driver was on time and very patient even my flight got delayed for 2 hours upon my arrival. The service has left us a good experience.
The service is really Superb! They always keep in touch (whatsup). If you have issues or concern they are always there ready to answer you. They will not let you wait. They update you from time to time. They don’t overcharge and the ease of payment is available be it credit card, cash or debit (without extra charges). No waiting time, no hard time looking for them. Benjamin and Frank (our service drivers) were very friendly, informative, nice and accommodating and Derek too (the phone guy). They are very reliable and I highly recommend them. They just deserve a 5 star rating! Kudos! ❤️👌🏼
