I booked the airport transfer on Revolut app. The driver was right on time and took me to the hotel and back to the airport in no time. The car was clean and the journey very comfortable. Next time I visit Punta Cana I will only use this company for transfers.

Julio got in touch with me as soon as I booked my reservation 7 months in advance! As a US citizen traveling alone, you want to do as much in advance as possible. He understood my request even though the website had a small hiccup on the dates. He speaks perfect English and is a real professional. His drivers met me at the airport and then at Live Aqua in Punta Cana on time. They were courteous and professional. I know they do local excursions but I did not get to do anything but relax! Julio asked me about my interest in venturing out. No pressure when I said I would remain on property. Great care was taken with reminders and immediate attention and texts.
