Private Transfer From Punta Cana Airport To Hotels

Amazing service thru IBK. On time, the driver was very helpful and friendly, we used this for airport transportation. He was a saw driver and carried all the luggage without drama. Very reasonably priced from tge others

Booked and it said confirmed but needed more info. Really, what info? You charged my credit card then left me hanging. So I message and call. No response from company WHATSOEVER. Had to have concierge call company and ask if they were coming. 20 minutes late. PRIVATE TRANSFER yet had another guest in front. The driver needs to learn to drive! Swerving and jamming on brakes, driving like an idiot. Not happy AT ALL with this company.

The company never showed up. They also never called us or answer the phone. We didn’t know what to do and we had to have another transportation which delayed us to arrive to our hotel. We summit a request for a refund. Bad service from the company and from TripAdvisor.

Bronley is absolutely AMAZING and TRUSTWORTHY. He is always prompt in responding to texts. Very reliable and trustworthy. My daughter and her friends required transportation to their resort and I knew that Bronley was the only person that I could trust. They thought he was funny and so nice. He even texted me to let me know that he dropped them off safely. Above and beyond service. We have been using Bronley for several years and will continue to use him.

We had a large group (10 people) so I ordered 2 cars. We waited over an hour- they 'said they were at the wrong exit- they were outside Jet Blue'. We were on United- I had given the airline, flight number and time of arrival when I booked. Regardless, after repeated phone calls, a driver showed up- he said the owner had called him and asked for a favor to pick up a large group. He came right away so the dispatcher was lying about being at the wrong exit....

Our ride never showed up at the airport in Punta Cana. We had to take a cab instead and we were never contacted about this either.

They were on time and took really good care of us. Handled all of our luggage for us! Didn’t drive bad.

Excellent attention from Bronly, very punctual and worried, I recommend it 100%. His willingness to help was always present.

My driver Bronly was a gem! Wealth of knowledge, great conversation over 20hours of travel. Highly recommend

Excellent service. Always courteous and on time. Experienced drivers and easy to deal with management. Highly recommend.!!

Great transportation very much on time . Drivers very helpful, good communication at all times, will use the service again

Very professional. Set it up for my parents. Driver was there waiting. My parents were supper pleased

Great service and communication. Totally satisfied. My wife and I were very pleased with our driver’s. They were on time and helpful.

Great communication, easy pick up. Fast transfer to hotel. Excellent communication also with ride back to the airport. Loved the name on the sign, makes it so much easier with a sea of people coming and going.

Took my parents and was very professional. He was on time and courteous. They felt secure. Thank You

Great cab service. Punctual, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable about the area. Always charged the agreed price without any tricks or deception. Bronly, our driver, even knew how to give us instructions in the lodging we had. Better service, impossible. Highly recommended, we will use him again on our next trip to the Dominican Republic.

Driver was not at airport when we arrived, I asked the many taxi services if they were IBK but they all said no. Now I will have to seek a refund for services not rendered.

Bronly is fantastic. I've used his company for airport transfers for over 10 years now. Super nice, punctual and fair. Highly recommend IBK!

Very punctual, friendly, polite. Offered lots of information about the town!! Clean, cool ride. Highly recommend.

Very professional. Keeps you informed. Also did a private tour. Prices are very fare for what others charge.

Punctual and polite. Very safe driver. Thanks for picking us up at the airport. I can definitely recommend them.

Very professional and great service. Always in time for the pickups and very knowledgeable about the area

We are very happy with our airport shuttle experience with IBK. Booking was easy and done via TripAdvisor. Affordable rate compared to others. Bronly picked us up from PUJ with my name on a sign, very easy to find him! His partner, STM, picked us up from our resort to the airport. Again, seamless experience with my name on a sign. Both vehicles were spacious, AC, and clean for 2 people. We highly recommend IBK for airport shuttle service and we will use them again the next time we are back in Punta Cana!

Didn’t turn up and difficult to reach Got a refund Would recommend you save your money and get an Uber which is a lot cheaper than getting transport from airport (if you are travelling solo!)

Bronly drove us from the airport to the hotel and back. He was on time, chatty, and very professional.

The driver was very friendly and patient with my needs, he even took the time to take the more scenic routes to show off some of the recent cultural changes in Punta Cana. Highly recommend

Great people super friendly, great service, Our driver was excellent ! Very kind and knowledgeable about the area always on time and on call when need.

Amazing services, drivers are outstanding. We use their service all the time when traveling to DR, owner always comes to meet us on arrival.

The Drive from and to the airport was outstanding. The driver was very punctual and was very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained land marks and routes. He was very good, great service.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Driver knew the area and gave us a nice tour of the city showing us key areas

My driver, Bronly, was excellent. He was waiting for me when I arrived, on time, no waiting. We chatted like old friends. Very happy with the services.

It was on time, and it was very safe to go, thanks. The driver was very friendly and knew the city well. And he was wearing a mask, of course. I recommend everyone to use this company.

Very friendly drivers and good service. I had to go to Santo Domingo and it was a quick and safe trip.

Used Bronley's transportation from Punta Cana to a hotel and as usual the service was exceptional. He is always responsive to emails / WhatsApp messages and you can be assured you will be picked up on time. He is also very good about sharing details about the island. His prices are also very competitive and is less than the hotel transportation. Highly recommend using him. We all wore masks in the car and felt very safe. Easy payment via paypal

Thank you for the great transfer to go to the airport, Service at the top, with a smile and good mood! Recommend without hesitation 🙏
