Terrible company. Although everything was confirmed by WhatsApp, no one picked me up at the airport and no one answered me by WhatsApp or phone. I had to use an Uber.

NEVER SHOWED UP. After confirming the information few times, he still did not show up. Since we did not have a phone when we landed, we ended up waiting for more than an hour to find someone to help us. When we finally reached him, he lied and said that he never got the information when he had already been in a conversation with us before we left. We ended up getting a taxi and paid 3 times the amount to reach our hotel. BEWARE AND DO NOT FALL FOR THE LOW PRICE. THIS MAN IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT. His name is Miguel Ramirez

The driver never showed up we waited over 2 hours and had to call a local cab.. that charged us 50 US dollars

Super friendly and great attitude from both tge driver and the representative. The only down side was that we had to wait for almost an hour for our transport to arrive after landing. But once it arrived it was a smooth and pleasant ride.

The guy that was as the receptionist at the airport was so helpful! He provided us with information for our trip. The driver kept telling the receptionist helping us that he was arriving in 15 mins and those 15 minutes never came. He had us waiting at the airport a bit over an hour. Until I told the receptionist and he told me I understand, let me go ahead and get you another one. So we ended up getting a new driver.

The driver never picked me up and Viator does not allow me a refund. It seems disrespectful to the tourist who trusts the service. I had to order another taxi and it cost me much more. I almost missed my flight. —— El conductor nunca me recogió y Viator no me permite la devolución del dinero. Me parece una falta de respeto para el turista que confía en el servicio. Tuve que pedir otro taxi y me costó mucho más. Casi pierdo mi vuelo.

I was initially skeptical and worried that they wouldnt show but there was a board with my name on it. Luis was there to greet me and take me to the cab (private). Best value transportation and I highly recommend.

Everything worked well. We were met by Juan who had a sign with our name and he connected us with our driver who whisked us promptly to the hotel. Great service.

Terrible service. We never got picked by that company. No one knew who they were at the airport. We spend an hour looking for the driver. We had no local number to call. I lost my money and ended taking a taxi. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was easier than I thought to find Keyla and then it was just a quick wait for the car to pick us up. The driver (sorry can’t remember your name) was funny making the ride to the resort enjoyable.

The trip to the hotel from PUJ was normal, when they were supposed to show up to take us back to PuJ they didn't show up having paid for it through Booking and I had to ask for an emergency taxi.

Highly recommended Service. Since we booked it they were in contact by wasap with us. At the airport exit they were waiting for us and it was all perfect. Very helpful and attentive, which is greatly appreciated after such a long journey.
