Jose was great at communicating with from the time we landed he was communicating. He sent us pictures of his location and he actually did have a my name on the sign which was great and easy for me to find him.
Excellent service and customer care. I would recommend this company and staff 1000% Jose took care of me from having a very bad morning due to problems with flight errors to working with me to resolve these issues. The cab driver was also professional and made my 3 hour journey a pleasant one.

Highly recommend! Everything went smoothly. Easy and quick communication with Jose to organize our transfer. When we arrived at the airport we found our driver quickly. Our driver was friendly and showed some of useful places along the route. The van was large and comfortable. All in all a great experience!!
The operator stated they would pick us up at the airport. We were told to look for a driver with our names on a sign. The driver was a no-show. We had to call the operator to get the driver to come. The phone number for the operator was not listed on the digital ticket. We waited over an hour to be picked up. It was a horrible experience. It was unacceptable customer service.
