I can honestly say this company and our transfer by Christopher has been the best experience I have ever had in the DR. I have visited this country on multiple occasions, booked VIP transfers that were high dollar, but none of them have compared to this experience with Aubain. Christopher was very responsive and communicative even before he picked us up. Then I requested an earlier pick up time last minute, he still responded and accommodated us immediately. Then when he arrived, he called, jumped out, grabbed our bags, and gave us the best transfer service out there. Christopher was very personable, knew his stuff, and you can tell that he truly cares about customers and their experiences. He made us feel safe, told us stories, talked with my bf about a ton of topics, and we truly commend him for this amazing experience! He’s going to do big, big things in life!

I highly recommend booking this for your airport transfer in Punta Cana. We did round-trip transfer and everything went smoothly! Communication was extremely easy and the timing was impeccable. I definitely recommend having you transfers booked in advance because all of the airport taxi services trying to lure you in the minute you step foot out of the airport can be overwhelming. Christopher at Aubain transfers was very professional. Arriving at the Punta Cana terminal and finding your transfer can be very daunting. We booked in advanced and Christopher communicated with us to ensure that we could locate him. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the area and he speaks 3 languages(English, Spanish, French). We enjoyed our short trip to our resort that we booked our return transfer with Aubain and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Chris was amazing! From the time we landed, he was very honest and accommodating. I made a mistake and booked for transfer to Punta Cana hotels instead of Uvero Alto. He called me and told me he could still drive my family there but at an extra cost because of the distance. He wasn't pushy and even recommended to shop around and he could offer a refund if we could something cheaper. But his services were the cheapest AND because of his honesty and thoughtfulness, we chose him. He was very friendly and talked about his culture and was interested in ours. The 45 minute ride to our hotel went by so fast with great conversation. We liked him so much that I contacted him again to pick us up from our hotel back to the PUJ airport at the end of our stay. Had a great experience with this company for airport transfer from Punta Cana to the Catalonia resort. They messaged me on Whats App the morning of our arrival to give us instructions on meeting them and made it easy to communicate and locate them when we arrived. Our driver was very friendly and was there on time. For the return home, we sent a message the day prior confirming our requested pick up time to go back to the airport and they communicated quickly to confirm. Again the driver was timely and it was nice to see the friendly face of the same driver from our arrival trip! Would definitely recommend this company and trust them for future trips!

We're a family of 6 and had good experience with this company traveling from our hotel to Punta Cana airport. The vehicle had wifi and AC as advertised. They arrived early and had good communication.

I felt bad that the driver had to wait for so long, but I appreciated that the company kept in contact with us, made sure we were ok, and were very patient while waiting for us to get our luggage. Our driver, Julio, was awesome and very patient as well. I would definitely use Viator next time I come here!

Both drivers that we got were amazing, they were both on time and friendly. The pick up process from the airport was smooth and the drive to the resort was quick and without an issues. They picked up my wife and I from our resort and brought up to the air port on time.

I was very disappointed with this company. I spoke with the agent on Friday to schedule ATV rides for my family and me. He confirmed that we would be picked up at 8 AM the next day for our ATV tour. We arrived early at 7:50 AM, but by 8:10 AM, our ride had not arrived, and I received no call explaining the delay. I repeatedly called on WhatsApp, but the agent never picked up. We waited until 8:45 AM, and I then asked my son to call from his number. They answered his call, likely because they didn't recognize the number. The agent told my son that the driver went to the wrong hotel but offered no explanation for not informing us. He then asked if we would be okay with going on an 11 AM tour, which we declined. Overall, the lack of communication and unprofessional handling of our reservation was very disappointing.

Highly recommend & trusted! Excellent customer service! We wouldn’t have enjoyed our trip in Punta Cana as much as we did if it wasn’t for Chris as his team. He took us off the resort and we visited food places, excursions, and enjoyed the party life while feeling SAFE. Chris was like a tour guide, security, and driver all in one. He even waited for us while we ate and did excursions. When we go back we will definitely be using him and his team again.

Hiring this company for July 10 and 12, 2026 was, without a doubt, the worst decision of my trip and an absolute lack of respect for the customer. To start, I paid for a private transportation service and, shamelessly, they intended for it to be shared; we were waiting around 20 minutes at the airport for passengers from another reservation who didn't even arrive, and only after that long wait did they finally decide to take us to the hotel. The internal disorganization is exasperating: they interrupt your vacation demanding trip details that the driver doesn't even have later, and they manage schedules at their total whim in the most informal way possible. I requested hotel pickup at 4:30 p.m. because my flight B6 2932 was boarding at 7:53 p.m. (complying with the 3 hours in advance), but the staff inflexibly indicated to me that the time would depend strictly on their policies, scheduling the transfer at 3:00 p.m. After managing the hotel check-out based on their imposition, at 3:05 p.m. I had to contact them myself due to their obvious delay, only to receive a message informing me that they would pass by at 4:30 p.m. (the time I had originally requested). This lack of punctuality, respect, and prior notice caused us an absurd setback. As if the terrible service and zero communication weren't enough, I booked and paid a rate for a VIP SUV and they picked us up in an old, noisy minivan in terrible mechanical condition. It is unacceptable that they demand punctuality from the tourist but do not have the slightest respect for our time, money, and peace of mind; hiring this company is the perfect guarantee to end your vacation in a bad mood and with a very bitter taste.
