Private Transfer Between Punta Cana Airport And Bavaro

Forgot to get us from the airport. Stated that did not have my booking. They told me to pay my cab and i will be reimbursed, but I still have not been reimbursed for my cab. However, they did remember to pick us up from hotel going back to the airport, which makes no sense if they did not have my booking.

This. Company didn’t show up at the airport and didn’t communicate. I tried to contact them with no response. They completely left us stranded.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not book with that company. They was nobody to pick us up upon our arrival. When asking around where there rep usually stands at the airport they were giving us that little smile that made you realize that you got scammed. I finally received a message through WhatsApp that unfortunately due to operational reason no car was available to pick us up and we will need to request a full refund. Which is still more than a month ago and they keep telling us us to wait that they are investigating. Report this to your credit card carrier and dispute the charge. Terrible and leave extreme bad taste about DR.

They had us waiting for 30 Mins to tell us they will have to refund us because all their vans are down… then said we had to pay for a taxi from the airport in order to receive our refund. We did that and they stopped picking up the phone never provided refund details. Hopefully we get our money back for a round trip we never received

We booked Diamond in advance. They text us the night before we arrived to give us instructions to let them know once we had our bags. When we did that they told us they were on their way and to wait in the cafeteria. After many texts of “I’m waiting for a driver” “I’ll be right there” and excuse after excuse for an HOUR, we finally had to get a different form of transportation. Their company is horrible and we will never use them again. Our driver that took us told us they hear that happens a lot with them. Beware and don’t book with them.

This company is bankrupt; I paid for my service in advance. They never came to pick me up and didn't refund my money. If you want to waste your time and money, go ahead and hire them. I waited an hour at the airport, and their representative told me they didn't have a driver.

Take to long for pickup from airport. I hope you are on time this Sunday 1000 from hotel to airport.

I had the pleasure of transporting with them to the airport in Nov 2025 and willl be using them again now in April 2026. Punctual; professional; courteous; friendly with a very seasoned driver. Very nice; clean; comfortable vehicle with perfect temp a/c. I was extremely comfortable from beginning to end. I said to myself I will use them again, and here I am again! I will continue to refer to family & friends. Great service all around!

Terrible experience—especially traveling with a baby. Airport pickup: driver was over an hour late. On-site reps had no idea where he was. Zero communication. We also paid for water and beer—were told we wouldn’t get it and to “ask for a refund.” Return trip was worse. We confirmed a 10:00 AM pickup three days in advance, multiple times, and again the morning of. At 10:10, no driver. At 10:35, they told us the driver would be another 30 minutes late and to “find an alternative route.” They never showed up. We were left standing at the resort with our baby, watching other companies arrive early and operate properly. Refund request was ignored. Unreliable, disorganized, and no accountability. Do not use this service.

For now I'm giving him a bad review. I been trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of him regarding my reservation and he doesn't respond back. I have questions that need answers and I get nothing. Its really bad I have to give a review before I even use his services. He seemed really nice and helpful when I was making the reservations and paying for it. After that you don't hear from him at all.

Second time using Diamond Tours and once again they did not disappoint. Communication was excellent, driver was on time and easy to locate at the airport and at our resort, van was large enough to accommodate 4 adults and 4 pieces of luggage. Would recommend and will use again.

We booked transportation from Punta Cana airport to our hotel for 4 people. We were supposed to be met by a representative from Diamond, with a card with our name on it . When we arrived not only could we not find the representative but had to walk around outside the airport to find a fellow with a diamond shirt. His name was Marvin and he asked us to follow him to a place where our transportation was located. Upon arriving we found no transportation waiting to take us to the hotel. After waiting for nearly half an hour, with numerous calls he made, still no sign of transportation. My opinion is that he lied to us when he told us that the transportation was on its way. Finally I believe, he talked someone he knew to take us in an older beat up van with a cracked windshield, not the nice new vans you see in their advertisements. We did make it to our hotel, but were really disappointed with the service. Needless to say we will never use their services again.

I was told that I would not be able to get a ride to the hotel . I paid in advance. I was forced to get a taxi for double the price I had already paid. So now I have to try and get a refund.

Van and driver were very clean and drove with care. We did have to wait 30 minutes for pick up at airport which was a disappointment .

We have booked this company many times in the past and always found the service to be excellent. They monitor incoming flights to Punta Cana airport, when you land connect to the airports free Wi-Fi. You should have a WhatsApp message from their representative Morvins greeting you, once you reply & have cleared customs he will be waiting to take you to your taxi. Simple & quick process especially after a long flight.

We were unable to locate our driver until we searched the entire pick up area and waited 10 minutes for him to find us. The driver itself took 20 to 30 minutes to arrive. The drive itself was pleasant, but it was a hassle getting into the vehicle. It was supposed to be a round-trip experience. We have yet to have any communication from the tour company and we leave tomorrow.

Never picked us up at the airport. Didn't answer Viator's call, email, or my messages via the app. Get a taxi instead... at least they're there to take you to your hotel.

We booked a round-trip transfer through trip advisor. When we booked, we put in our hotel and paid the price quoted. Once we arrived at our resort, the tour operator asked us to pay additional money before our return trip because we were quoted the wrong price based on the location of our resort. We shouldn't have been able to select our resort if it wasn't in the area for the advertised price. I honestly think it's because we used a coupon code. Just a little shady to wait until we started our trip to ask for more money. Should have been caught beforehand. Transfer itself was fine. Vans are older and have a musty smell. Seats could use deep cleaning.

I’ve used Diamond three times to get to and from the Punta Cana airport to my resort and I’ve had an excellent experience each time.

Safe and Comfortable I felt completely safe throughout the day. The drivers were careful, the boat was well-maintained, and the snorkeling guides stayed close by in case anyone needed help. That level of care made me feel relaxed and able to enjoy everything.

Pickup didn’t go well. Lost an hour of my vacation waiting for a pickup. I was told that a representative would be there waiting for me with my name on a sign. That did not happen.

Overall, I would rate it average. First, upon arrival, it was hard to find their pickup location. Another problem was that it was not a brand-new van, but both drivers were friendly. Traffic caused our return pickup to be delayed. Good price for the service though.

Amazing service from the company. We confirmed the booking through WhatsApp a few days prior to landing. They were waiting for us at the airport. Trip back was confirmed two days before and the driver got to the hotel a few minutes earlier. We had Arcangel as our driver both times. Very courteous, attentive and safe driver. Thanks a lot

We have used diamond transport multiple times during each of our visits to punta Cana. They've always been reliable and on time and we've never had an issue. So we do recommend them and will be booking with them for our transfer when we return back to punta Cana at the end of July 2025!

Easy to find. Very personable and quick. Clan and super comfortable. We traveled with 5 children and 7 adults.

I booked with Diamond Transfers based on the many positive reviews I found on YouTube and other platforms. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the level of service that others described. Upon arrival in Punta Cana, I waited over an hour without any communication before being informed that the original vehicle I had booked was unavailable. I was then asked to approve a different type of vehicle, which caused even further delays. This lack of timely communication at the start of my trip was frustrating. I was assured that a partial refund would be issued to reflect the change, but despite multiple follow-ups, I encountered delays and inconsistent responses. Although I was told the refund had been processed, I have yet to receive it. While I understand that operational issues can occur, the combination of poor communication and unresolved refund matters makes it difficult for me to recommend this service. I would encourage others to consider alternative transportation providers with more reliable service and clearer follow-through.

When we arrived from US, Diamond was not there for us and had to be called Driver was nice and efficient Hopefully Diamond will there to pick us up and take us to the airport tomorrow

First off, the driver was amazing!! He has nothing to do with our issue. The company quoted me one price for a round trip reservation. Once we landed in Punta Cana and got to the vehicle they advise my trip would be an additional $60. I just told them we will find our own way back. We will not be using them again.

Our ride never showed up. Impossible to contact company for resolution. The only way to contact the company is through What’s App and there is no response. Don’t book with this company as they are unreliable.

They were excellent. The gentleman, Morvins, who greeted me at the airport waited with me while we sorted out the reservation my adult daughter had made for me. Then he escorted me to the transport van. The transport van was wonderful and the driver was top notch. I was the only going to my hotel at the the time and they took me as a solo passenger in a van meant for 10 people. My driver did it with a smile. He was so amazing answering all of my questions. It was a wonderful experience. And Morvins followed up with a text to let me know about all of the excursions I asked him about. I recommend them to everyone!

2nd time using Diamond tour. They communicate clearly via WhatsApp to confirm ur arrival into puj then there is a rep that takes you to the transportation area. We only waited 15-20 min and were on our way to a private ac transportation in a very comfortable car. And the driver for both ways were different but both pleasant. The day prior to leaving I sent a message to confirm pick up for next day and they had confirmed. Super easy, safe and reliable. And very reasonably priced. Private transportation for my family to start and end our vacations safely! Thank you for running a professional establishment. I will tell everyone who travels to Punta Cana to use ur company

The only thing I wasn’t pleased with is the wait of over 1/2 hour airport for the vehicle. I expected to be able to leave sooner. I would also have recommended the luggage be stored behind our seats so we had a view on the drive.
