DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!! - They will leave you stranded and you will not have airport transfer to and from hotel… They sent us a shuttle van with no A/C, dirty and in need of repairs, and no shuttle van at all when we were departing, leaving us stranded at hotel… DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!
They were on time which was perfect for us. Got us to the airport on time and price was very reasonable compared to others. I wish we would’ve found them faster when we first landed in Dominican Republic.

Edwin was a real attentive driver. I had no reservation for the day I arrived as I arrived a day late and my group went ahead before me. Edwin was at SDQ las Americas in record time and got me to Royalton Bavaro in 2 hours!
It was excelent, great service, when I had doubts, I called and they respond fast and resolved. From arrival to departure, my family and me felt secure, we liked the drivers and talk to them about everything. 10/10 Hightly recomended.

Do not use this transportation service. They are terrible to coordinate with and say their phone doesn't work. They didn't confirm our pick up time and then never picked us up. We paid in cash so couldn't receive a refund. The list goes on. Again would never recommend this service
Great service, our driver Elvin kept us entertained the entire time and made us feel very welcomed. He even stopped a few times to let us use the restroom, loved it!
Arcangel santos was a great driver with great experience. Driver was great in communication and help.
The arrival pickup was fine. But they caused us to miss our flight back home and left us stranded. They suggested a time which I agreed to which caused us to miss our flight. They refused to accept any responsibility because they said I agreed to the time even know I was just a visitor and I didn't know the distance between the hotel and the airport. We had to book new flights and a new hotel for the night. Which they did not help with. Even in the end they were blaming me for agreeing with what they suggested. I would not recommend. They only offered transportation back to the hotel after i threatened them with a charge back.Do not use!
Archangel was a great driver very professional would use company again for travel the ride was nice and smooth and the a/c made the ride very comfortable
I was very satisfied with service. Julio was very helpful with the transport reservation and Elvin drove my from la isabela international airport to excellence el carmen. That’s almost 4 hours drive. My wife was very satisfied with the service and after my vacation end , Elvin came back and drove my wife again to the airport. I will use that company again if I go back to Dominican Republic. Thanks Julio and Elvin. I am glad I use your transportation service. God bless both of you

Landi was amazing!! She was waiting for us when we arrived and waited and rode with us when the driver came. The van was cool and felt amazing! Driver never scared me which is amazing because everyone scares me, lol. For being first time traveler here we were scared of the whatifs and just over all...it was easy, great, and felt safe the entire time!
Estanael was extremely punctual and polite. He arrived 20 minutes before we were ready and offered us stop as many times as we needed it. During the ride, he constantly asked if we were comfortable.

We travel as stand by passengers and we never know when we will be able to get a seat. Our plan was to fly from Miami to Punta Cana, with hotel stays already paid. We couldn’t get on any flights that day, leaving us with the only option to fly to Santo Domingo and them find a transfer to Punta Cana. We found Diamond on Google and tried contact. They respond in less than 2 minutes. After agreeing with the price, Ale sent us an invoice and link to make a payment. Long story short, we arranged transfer in less than 30 minutes. I was a little nervous because we were arriving at night, flight was delayed, so I didn’t know if the driver would be there, and I was worried by the fact we had our children with us. We arrived and Mario the driver was patiently waiting for us with a sign. The driving was smooth and a little under 2 hours in a van only for us, with AC. Thank you Ale and Mario for the great service!

From start to finish our experience was absolutely amazing. Not only did we have a private van from SDQ to our resort and back, we also did the buggy adventure tour and spent a whole day at Macao beach. We had the same driver (David) for each of those occasions. He was extremely punctual and professional! We've definitely made a new friend in DR!! Look forward to using their services in the future!
