Souvenirs were nice, and prices were good. They take USD at the shop, so compare it to your resort. Prices vary. Some souvenirs were cheaper than the resort, and others were more expensive.

Never came to pick me up and I waited 50 min so I decided to go back to my room. Very irresponsible action. Btw they charged me ahead of time and I request my refund when I get back to my hometown.
I reached out to this vendor to arrange pick up at least 6 days before the scheduled event so I make appropriate arrangements however communication was lacking. When I spoke on the communication errors the day before he blamed me however there were lapses in communication. I booked multiple excursions on Viator and each vendor provided a contact info through What’s app so I can share my exact location with them and everything worked out fine. The person who responded was smart and disrespectful in trying to address my concerns and conversations would lapse over days leaving me to have to reach out again and again. Please be careful when booking especially if you’re staying at an Airbnb. You actually don’t need to book this because other excursions offer souvenir shopping as well.
This was the worst tour, the ride was great but the shopping experience was horrible. The product in the the shop was limited, we needed more to choose from. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone
I was never picked up. After waiting for over 2 hours I received a text message saying that they no longer picked up from my location. It was extremely disappointing.
It was a short trip, but it all went well. Our driver is very good in English. It was a good experienced.

This trip fir souvenirs was a good trip. The reason I gave them a 3 is because they were 30 minutes late picking us up and tried to give an explanation that “they had 100’s of people they had to pick up and drop off, which was not my problem or my concern. Perhaps they should STOP taking reservations at a certain point of maximum capacity. However, the drivers gave great service, were friendly, and did try to accommodate for the delay.
Our family was taken to a "1-Stop Shop" for souvenirs. It had everything you may want from apparel to paintings. Great experience.

One stop shopping where you can get everything you need to take home to friends, family and yourself. The staff is friendly but not pushy so you can shop at your leisure. They also gave me a discount for paying cash and tracked down my cell phone for me that I left in the cab.

Nothing memorable. It says you’ll learn the history of Dominican Republic. You basically get picked up in a car, they drop you off at a souvenir shop that’s supposed to be this extravagant place and it barely has anything. Then they take you back
We had a car waiting for us at the hotel to bring us to the souvenir shop. Everyone was so helpful and such a great selection of items. If you pay cash you can get good deals. We opted out of the restaurant, but they did offer water, coffee and snacks.
Such an amazing experience. The driver was friendly and courteous. He drove really well also. I will be sure to recommend this company to others. As well as use them again in the future.
interesting trip to the cigar making factory it was fun to see and try some natural handmade products. the trip supposedly includes tea snacks or coffee and a water bottle, but we didn't get a water bottle? and the snacks are just a few small chocolates and 20ml coffee for 2 people. The trip to the souvenir shop was nice, a large selection, our chauffeur was waiting for us patiently, but the prices of souvenirs typical for tourists were too expensive, . In the hotel, the same things were half the price ... we overpaid. if you want to buy souvenirs, be prepared to pay a lot
Got all my souvenirs for my friends and family. Gabriel was patient as I took my time to look around. Friendly staff at the market. Then we went to a local restaurant for some yummy traditional food.

Excellent Service, Punctuality and Availability (in covers) from Gabriel, very attentive and friendly at all times. He took us to buy gifts with super economical prices compared to what they offer at the hotel. The store vendor also very friendly, gentle and even discounts and store souvenirs gave us!!!
