From the minute we stepped off the plane in Punta Cana, just knowing the Joseph was going to be there waiting for us, took a load off our shoulders! We knew this not just because of a company email that gets automatically sent out to you but because Joesph himself reached out via email himself a few days before departure to introduce himself and offering any and all assistance he could starting right then and there. Instead of looking for 1 stranger in an icean of strangers who is suppose to know our last name... we felt like we were meeting up with an old dear friend! The transport from and to the airport was on time, smooth and seemfree. I can't express enough, how accommodating Joesph was. Even during our stay at the resort, Joseph would say hello and check in with us whenever he was at the resort.. and one step further... he even made sure we knew how to reach him if we had any issues at all.. big or small. We truly felt 100% cared for and in great hands the whole time, even starting days before our flight, and we all know what those last few days or hours feel like! A few days before we were scheduled to fly back home, Joseph and his big friendly smile shows up again and makes sure we are aware of what time to meet him in the main lobby in the morning so that we had to question nothing. Honestly, when we go back to Punta Cana... and we definitely will, we will be reaching out to Joesph first, and ask his opinions and recommendations! Joesph, we could not be more grateful to have met you and for all your continued support and guidance along the way! Didn’t show up to take my family to the airport. When I called, they told me to take a taxi and I would be reimbursed, then refused to reimburse me. Don’t waste your time and money.

The Nexus employees inside the airport at arrivals were excellent in getting us to our private transfer. The vehicle we were transported in was nice. The drive was a bit awkward as the driver did not speak even one word to us and the radio was also off. The pickup from our resort was on time, the driver loaded our suitcases and the drive went smoothly. He handed us off to airport porters at arrival. I will definitely use their transport again.

Beware if you chose Nexus Tour First time using Nexus Tour to arrange a private transport to the resort and back to the airport after our stay. Its been nothing but a headache. When we got there first, it took forever before they figured out our transport, blamed me for not being there when they thought we would arrive, said I only had it for 2 people when I had all the receipts showing 3 people. We finally get our private transport to the resort. Leaving the resort I had confirmed 2 DAYS early the pick up time at the resort for a private transfer for 3 people Only to be picked up in a transport van FULL of people.. the driver arguing outside with me that I didnt have a private transport even though I have the receipts. Told me to get in the van and at the airport I could go to the counter and get a refund for the difference. Want to take a guess what you don’t see when you arrive at the airport?? No nexus desk in sight . Its only when you leave the airport at a complete different spot. I got scammed out of my hard earned money and they didn’t care at all. Never again will I use this service.

We had an excellent airport to resort round trip transfer experience with Nexus. They were easy to find at the airport; we were walked directly to the pick up spot and we were off to the resort in the Bavaro area. We received information regarding our return pick up time and they arrived at the resort on time with no issues. We did book a private round trip transfer directly from the app site. I would highly recommend Nexus for your transfer needs in Punta Cana.

Our guides were so polite and so well spoken. Our driver Jose and our guide Rodolfo were very polite and very helpful. Would highly recommend traveling with them from Nexus tours.

We booked transportation to/from the airport and did multiple excursions with Nexus, everything was perfect! The rides were on time with wonderful staff who were so nice and fun. The excursions lived up to the hype and made this an absolutely amazing family vacation. We’ll only be booking with Nexus from here on out.

Miguel Castro made our welcome to Punta Cana just excellent! His English was easy to understand, sense of humour kept us laughing and he engaged with so many of us that made us feel appreciated. What a great ambassador to greet us! I hope we get him next time when we come back.

Terrible service... We booked a Deluxe service for August 11, 2026; on August 10, Colombia experienced an earthquake and the airport we were departing from suffered damage, which is why our flights were canceled. That same day, I reported the situation so they would postpone the service already booked and paid for. At no point in the WhatsApp conversation did they tell me that the reservation number had changed, and when we rescheduled the trip again, they indicated that it was no longer possible because the reservation number did not match... I sent them several emails explaining the situation; the postponement request was due to the earthquake, and even so, they decided NOT to provide the service or refund the money. Do not book.

The experience with Nexus Tours was the worst I have ever experienced with any company that provides transportation, despite having coordinated the hotel pickup the day they never showed up, the consequence was that I missed the flight to the United States, which cost me to change my flight and more money, bad coordination, bad management, they did not answer when I called to see why they did not arrive, I never use their services again and I do not recommend them with anyone.

Just after leaving the airport is the Nexus shelf. We didn’t have to wait any time, we were quickly amazed by a car. The very friendly boy accompanied us spends the parking. All very fast and the driver very friendly. I recommend 100%.

Surprised with the punctuality. Upon arrival at the airport we approached the place of attention and were already waiting for us. Same on return to the airport. They sent us an email informing the schedule and it arrived at exactly that time. He also informed the arrival time at the airport and so it was. The awesome truth. Super recommended
