Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. I booked this company for a hotel-to-airport transfer, and the whole experience was a complete disaster. First, I was told the pickup time would be 2:47pm, then it suddenly changed to 3:30pm without any consideration for the fact that we had a flight to catch. After I complained that 3:30pm was far too late, they changed it again to 3pm. I waited at 3pm as agreed, but nobody showed up. I repeatedly tried calling, only to be passed around to different phone numbers with no answers, no callbacks, and no communication whatsoever. Eventually, at 3:40pm, I received a text claiming there had been an accident and that my trip had been cancelled — which I do not believe was true at all. In the end, I had to book an Uber myself just to make sure I got to the airport. Completely unreliable, unprofessional, and stressful. Avoid this company at all costs if you need to be somewhere on time.

Terrible experience. No one waiting for us at The airport. We were looking around for our name. No one there. I had to turn on my phone data to try and contact Viator or transportation company. I was about to get into a cab when I got a call from providor, because by the time I I had missed my free transport with the hotel. Very bad communication for return pick up. Very frustrating do not recommend them.
The service provided by Triptown was excellent. Very reliable, safe and friendly. I would get their services again in the future. The driver was very nice, calm and helpful.
When we were about to get in the van, the manager mandated we pay an additional fee because the destination was further away from the airport. When I booked the transportation I indicated where our final destination was. He confirmed all was good. UNTIL we arrived at the airport in Punta Cana. Poor communication and unexpected expense.

The worst experience, I was with my 86-year-old mother and 10-year-old girl and they didn't care anything to leave us at the airport, they just didn't want to provide the service and it was time to pay them again, the worst experience I've ever had in a transport service... I don't recommend them
