Fransisco was very helpful. He had our name on the sign waiting at the airport. It was a smooth and seamless trip to our hotel.

The driver was very courteous. Helpful and patient and respectful. When the address to the hotel we were staying in upon arrival could not be found initially, he patiently assisted us in locating and delivered us to the correct location.

I had Micheal as a driver and he was amazing! He came early and unfortunately I was still late to the meeting point but he was patient and calm, and still remained professional and polite which I really appreciate and value, the ride was smooth and had a spacious and clean van with air conditioning. Erica set everything up and communicated well, I never had to question when I was getting picked up or where I was going to get picked up from, Erica sent all details prior to everything which made everything super easy for my boyfriend and I. Book this company and ask for Erica and Micheal, they won’t disappoint!

Erica was fantastic! She personally escorted us with our bag to a waiting van where Francisco skillfully drove us to our resort. He was friendly, helpful & willing to give suggestions and information about the island. I would definite commend them for your transportation.

Our driver, Francisco, was amazing and really friendly. He made sure to communicate with us. His English was good, and he made us feel very comfortable in the Dominican Republic. He was also very friendly with our kids and an amazing driver. He made us feel very safe being in the car was not speeding at all, but he also drove very nicely. We used Punta Cana transportation company, and our driver’s name was Francisco. We highly recommend.

Francisco was a very kind man! He is an excellent driving and treated our group with respect and kindness. He also answered all my kids questions! Also spoke English. Erika was the person who guided us from airport to the van. She also communicated through text before our flight and after we landed to make sure we got to the her.

Our driver was great . His name was Jesus . He was really great and helped us . He didn’t speak much English but we was able to use a translator from our phone and that worked very well.

My first time coming to DR alone but I booked based on all the amazing reviews. My experience did not disappoint. Met Erica outside of the airport and she handed me off to Francisco who was very professional and friendly. 10/10 recommend to get you safely to your destination!

Great communication prior to pickup! When exiting the airport, look for someone wearing the Punta Cana Transfer shirt. They will then take you to your driver. It can be a little overwhelming when you first arrive, so I’d definitely book ahead of time.

Van no air 45 minute wait to leave airport

Communication to find driver was unclear. Called representative and she hung up on me when I was unsure of what she was saying. Thankful for taxi men standing in the area, they assisted more than the company and we finally found our driver after waiting. He only confirmed my name, not sure of who he was. Made it quick & safe to the hotel though. Overall ok, language barrier can be a hassle

The feature i looked for was someone inside the airport with a sign with my name. I saw such signs for others before we exited the airport. This company told me there would be a sign with my name. But, there was no sign with my name inside or outside. Outside, without an escort and with extremely crowded space , my husband and I got separated. Because we were wearing matching shirts, someone helped us find one another. I did not remember the name of the company (since my name was supposed to be on a sign) so I had to look up the information on my phone. Once I found the lady with company sign, there was still a wait for the driver to arrive. Her assistant took us to the incoming driver but we had to walk a distance in the hot sun without sunscreen. The driver was polite and drove well. The air conditioning was not sufficiently cold. And, this business did not offer cold waters.

The service and Mr. Francisco (the driver) were professional and without any inconvenience. Great five stars service that my wife and I can recommend.

Don’t use them they cancel my reservation after receiving my payment, they never communicate to say they cancel, it’s because I call them to check if all was good for my upcoming trip then they said oh sorry we had cancel your reservation no reason given and they hang up the phone bad service.
