Excellent service, our driver was on time and waiting for us also he spoke good English, the vehicle was very clean and he was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the different places we were passing during our two hour ride. This company assisted us a lot with our trip and I highly recommend them.
Driver Jonathan was punctual for pick up and drop off !
We were escorted to the VIP van which had the AC blowing and had a cold bottle water waiting for us. The driver was friendly and very polite.
Easy to use and great friendly service. Would recommend and will use again in the future. Driver was friendly and inviting.
10/10 Arriving into PUJ was a breeze , they kept me informed about my arrival. Driver was waiting upon arrival. Clean air condition vehicle. GREAT EXPERIENCE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
We used this transfer to and from the Punta Cana airport to our resort in Bavaro. Very reasonably priced. The drivers were kind and professional. The bus we took for our trip to the hotel was great, pickup went smoothly and the Van was nice and cold when we got in, they accommodated 15 of us. On the return there were just 3 of us, our driver arrived early and was super friendly. We were all singing along to his music on the drive, super great guy! Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience! Best Punta Cana Tours are highly organized, professional and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Glen, Ronald, and crew. Glen was very communicative from the moment we booked our reservation. Ronald met us at the airport and he gave us so much useful information. He then went out of his way to help arrange a tour FOR THE NEXT MORNING (no notice whatsoever) for my friends and me. Ronald was EXCELLENT. The rest of the teams they worked with were customer service focused and took very good care of us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Pick up at airport and hotel was smoothly, the drivers were extremely friendly and informative. I would use them again.
Best Punta Cana Tours & Transfers were extremely helpful with our rides between our resort and the airport. They were friendly and communicated through What’s App to make sure things went smoothly. Thank You so Much!!!
Drivers were on time and even early, friendly, safe. Overall tremendous transportation service and will 100% book again. Felt very welcomed and safe. SUVs were very nice and have zero complaints. Best private SUV transportation in Punta Cana!
Driver met us as promised very professional will definitely will use again. Clean vehicle easy company to deal with
Excellent communication!!!! They kept in contact the day before service, during trip, and day before return service. On-time. No pressure to purchase other tours. A/C van offering water. English by all was great. Definitely will recommend for singles or groups.
Amazing service! We had a group of 11 people arriving/leaving at different times and Joseph kept in contact with us throughout the entire trip. Communication before arrival and after we got home!
The ride was nice smooth and the driver was extremely nice punta cana is a nice island beautiful and the people are so nice
The day before travel I received a text with instructions. When I arrived in Punta Cana and retrieved my luggage I sent a text confirming our status. Received a text back confirming the driver was at our meeting place. On the return trip we also received a text the day before. The driver picked us up at the hotel. Both drivers were very courteous. Great experience.
I had a great experience with the transfer. It was very easy and very punctual and very friendly. I would also like to say the drivers were very helpful.
Very pleasant drive through puna can to hotel. Driver was extra pleasant ensuring our experience was superior.
Excellent pick up. Was on time. Driver was friendly. Raul Baez I I recommend. Great service. Very good
I made the reservations and paid thru Viator. Local transporter requested 30 dollars more thru PayPal or they would not take us to hotel already paid for. Terrible experience. Once in transport vehicle ride was fine after I paid the additional 30 bucks. Viator get your act together. This was not acceptable. Let’s hope return is better
Best Punta Cana company provided clean and safe transportation from PUJ airport to our hotel resort. Domadas was a very friendly driver. We recommend using this company for transportation to/from your hotel destination.
Driver was on time. All Service was as expected. We will use again and would recommend this company to all. Thank you.
They were over an hour late picking up from the airport. That was a little frustrating in the heat and traveling all morning. The vans were clean and staff was nice.
Excellent service! Very professional. Good communication. Mr Glend speak both languages, English and Spanish, very fluent. Drivers are very careful and respectful. I highly recommend them without doubt. Tip: There is WI - FI in the airport for free, so You can conet your device and comunícate with them by Whatsapp.
My husband and I traveled to Punta Cana and found airport transfer through Viator. Best Punta Cana tour/Henry was very responsive to our booking and the driver Alex was puntual and professional. We were so impressed with their hospitality that, also ended up booking a buggy tour. I highly recommend Best Punta Cana tour for all of your travels. Carla and JP
