Private Punta Cana Airport Transfer: Suburban Or Sprinter

Jose was our driver and he was very professional. He was on-time and friendly. We enjoyed the original ride with Jose that we asked for him to pick us up for the return trip as well. After reading previous reviews, I recognized I had not selected the round trip to Uvero Alto hotels. I was able to quickly able to update my reservation so that we did not need to take care of the additional $60.00. The company notified we needed to get to the airport early on our return due to a Carnival close to the airport that would impact traffic. I highly recommend this company.

Very very hard to find the check in area and find your reservation Once you have found it- they have to call for a car.

I had a fantastic experience with this airport transfer company from Punta Cana Airport to our resort. Our driver, Fendy, was amazing super charismatic, friendly, and made the ride enjoyable from start to finish. I also want to highlight David and Rodney, who were extremely attentive, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to address any concerns. They also provided helpful information about excursions and tours, which was greatly appreciated and made planning activities during our stay much easier. Overall, excellent service, professional staff, and a warm, welcoming experience. I highly recommend this company for anyone traveling to Punta Cana you’ll be in good hands!

The transport from and to the airport was great. The vehicle was beautiful! Also, I booked my excursion with them as well. They had the best price in town as well as ensured we had transport to and from the excursion location. 10/10 I do recommend!

The worst car service I’ve experienced yet. First of all I should have took the advice from 3 reviews that said they were scammed because I had the same experience with this company. I book a ride to my hotel in punta Cana and I confirmed on the app with my hotel. I also confirmed when I arrived with David and also the driver. Halfway in my ride I was told I have to pay $30 extra to get to my hotel. Why wait until I get Halfway in the ride to then say I had to pay extra. Total scam stay far far away from this company.

From the booking process to the pickup and drop off, everything was smooth. The Luxury SUV was great. The driver was awesome!! Definitely 10/10 would recommend!!

I paid for round trip transportation to and from airport to resort and when I made it to pick up, I had to wait 30 extra minutes and pay $60 because the resort was a 45 minute drive from airport. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED WHEN I PURCHASED TRANSPORTATION ON TRIPADVISOR.

The car was wonderful, the driver was amazing, and we enjoyed the privacy of the individual ride! It was easy to find at the airport and we were picked up right away!

The car ride was good, only issue was there were additional charges of $120 cash that needed to be paid to the local company which was near mentioned until you arrived.

This was a great transfer to/from the hotel. When leaving the airport, the driver was holding a sign with our name. We were in a nice passenger van that held our group of 9. They used WhatsApp to communicate and setup the return travel. This was a great affordable option for transfer.

When book online reservation pay $140 when me and my family arrived to the airport charge of the extra $60 for the luxury car but online and say Car was $140 made me pay extra

I had an incredible ride experience with Luis! From the moment we started, I could tell this was going to be a smooth and enjoyable trip. The music was on point, setting a great vibe for the journey. The WiFi was fast, which was perfect for catching up on a few things, and the air conditioning kept me comfortable the entire time.
