We not only had a great experience at pick up at the Punta Cana airport but also at Secrets Punta Cana. Our driver, Luis Heredia, was 15 mins early for our pick up time. Van was nice and neat and he even let us pick our music for the ride to the airport. Best Punta Cana Tours rocks!!!! No reason to go with anyone else. Would absolutely use again!

This is my 10th time in Punta Cana. Decided to use this company based on great reviews. I’m glad I did. The company provided great service and communication. Prior to the arrival they sent detailed instructions on their location in PUJ. I was created by the representative right outside of the terminal and escorted to the minibus. The minibus (to and from the resort) was very clean and new. The drivers (to both directions) were very friendly, and most importantly on time. I highly recommend this company for your transfer needs in Punta Cana.

Luis Heredia was prompt and we got going right away. He was very nice, chatted a bit using his iPad….he’s not great at English and I’m not great at Spanish but we seemed to make it through just fine with what little we each knew of some words and then some iPad translating! He played for the Milwaukee Brewers so we chatted about baseball some. Great driver too!

Excellent experience. Day prior to my travel I received multiple communications with instructions, videos, etc. on the meeting location. I was very impressed with the level of detail shared. At time of arrival staff was pleasant and ensured my safety as a solo traveler. I would definitely use them again.

It was very simple to book with Best Punta Cana Tours and Transfers. They communicated ahead of time through WhatsApp to ensure a seamless pickup from our resort. On the day of our departure our driver was there early and had a sign with our name that was clear and easy to read. The SUV was clean and comfortable and our transport to the airport felt very safe. I would highly recommend booking with this company if you are visiting Punta Cana. They offer more than just airport transfers.

Very helpful staff. Pulled our luggage to vehicle and loaded for us. Helped my sister get in and out of vehicle with a high step and she has bad knees.

You want to know that your ride will be there and get you to the airport. Our driver navigated the crowded hotel and the streets to deliver us to the airport. Car was clean and held us and all our luggage.

As always, Best Punta Cana provided an excellent two-way service between the airport and my resort. Communication with Glen was fantastic before, on landing and the for the trip back to the airport. The SUVs are always spotless and comfortable. The two drivers I had, Wander(?) and Danilo were great drivers and very welcoming. Fantastic service & highly recommended.

We used this company for a private transfer from Punta Cana Airport to our resort (and back), traveling as a family. Overall, the experience was excellent: smooth communication, easy pickup, clean vehicle, and—most importantly—both transfers were perfectly on time. The ride was comfortable and everything felt organized and professional. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect score is one uncomfortable issue: the drivers were taking photos of our family without asking for permission. Even after we clearly told them we do not want photos taken, it still happened. That felt very strange and not respectful. I’m sharing this because the service itself is genuinely great—but this is a simple fix. Please make a strict policy: no guest photos unless the guest explicitly asks for it or gives clear permission. Aside from that, we were very happy with the transfer and would recommend the company.

They are very safe and reliable. My flight got delayed by seven hours, and it arrived at 2 am. This operator waited until we arrived. For families, you can blindly go for this airport transfer service.
