Great service! I had Christopher help transport me to my resort. Went out his way to make a quick stop for cigars. Would highly reccomend!

Seamless service from the airport directly to our hotel. Very communicative and on time with name clearly displayed outside of baggage, a photo was sent to me in advance to know who I was looking for. Highly recommend and thank you!

Are driver Eddie was very nice. He immediately offered us water and let me pick what we music I wanted to list to during our ride to the resort. Would definitely recommend using him!!

Mr. Jimenez was an excellent driver—punctual, friendly, and very funny, which made the ride even more enjoyable. He was professional and easy to talk to, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant tra

Señor Jiménez was fabulous and so hospitable and enjoyable for our airport transfer from the Punta Cana airport to our resort. We opted for a cooler of water and beer and it was much needed after a long flight with little kids! He was a great way to kick off our vacation and we highly recommend him to others.

Let me first say they did get us to and from the airport However, we had to wait about 20 minutes at the airport for them to pick us up. They did have a sign with our name on it but they were not waiting for us. With that said, that airport doesn’t really have the capacity to have ALL the cars/vans waiting. The communication. Is lacking. I tried to confirm our trip back to airport from hotel and a full day went by without a single word on whether or. It they were gong to get us back to the airport. I contacted them again (the day before our departure ) and hours when by with no response. I was heading to the front desk to get another ride , and they finally responded. It turned out fine but sent me into panic mode (not exactly what I wanted on my last day there. Also both ways I explained the I had 4 adults and a wheel chair telling them I needed wheelchair accessible (which doesn’t exist). It was a regular midsize van. Our 4 pieces of large luggage (that I clearly stated), wheelchair and 4 adults fit….barely. All in all they got us there but I will it be using their service again.

This is the way to do it. They sent a message the day before. They were there when they said they were going to be. It was cheaper than going through the hotel. Mendy was great had a really nice van

Like most people it is always nerve racking when you try a new service. This company was spot on. Communication with Jade via email was quick and efficient and she provided clarity in every step. It was simple, our name was posted at the stand. We were escorted to where our driver was. Way quicker than waiting for included transport in packages. The return was just as efficient with Jade texting me that the driver had arrived which was 30 minutes early. No stress! The cost is great, very professional. We will absolutely use this team again! Teresa

I can't say enough good things about this transfer service with a special shout out to my driver, Mendy, who drove me safely to and from the airport. Especially when I had some difficulty with check-out at my hotel, Mendy was patient and understanding. When I return to Punta Cana, I'll rely on these folks. They made it easy!

Vehicle was spacious and clean. The driver was attentive, courteous and informative. He actually used a translation app to communicate.

Our driver (Eddie) Jimenez was fabulous. He was talkative which we enjoy! Not to mention he made us laugh with his jokes! He kept the car cool and comfortable. Premarin transfers was an excellent and smooth transfer to and from the airport during our trip. I would most definitely book their transfer service again.

Best service we could ask for. We used them to the hotels from the airport, to change hotels, and then back to the airport. Every time they were prompt, supplied refreshments and drove very well. 100% recommend. Franklin and Daniel are two of the drivers I remember and both were excellent

Franklin was great. It was a smooth ride.

The transfer company was promptly waiting for us at the indicated time. Eddy Luis Jimenez was a careful driver, very pleasant, and pointed out some of the surrounding local businesses as we passed through them. We were easily able to communicate through translate app on our phones.

They were super helpful and it was an easy ride! They meet you in the exit hall, along a wall of a million agencies, with a name sign and then take care of you from there.

Eddy was friendly and kind and navigated the roads beautiful! The car was clean and air conditioned. He helped us with our Spanish!

Eddy was great. He was very helpful. Would recommend him.

We used them for round trip transportation from the airport to the hotel (Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville in La Romana) and they were great. Easy pickup at the airport, early pickup at the hotel, clean minivan and nice drivers.

Easy and excellent trip. Had Backstreet Boys playing the whole time which was perfection. Highly recommend for any transport needs.

TimeIy arrival, nice clean car and a courteous driver. Came to hotel lobby and was holding my name tag.
