Edgar was a great driver! He communicated well and was at the resort to pick us up on time. We enjoyed the ride to the airport in the blacked out SUV. Can only recommend!
Ask for Danilo for your driver when making your transportation reservations. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and gives a great Spanish tutorial while driving. We had a ball and laughed all the way.

The driver was very helpful and nice. However the car was too small. We had 2 bags and 2 hard cover golf club bags. We had to sit crunched in the back sit which was uncomfortable and hot. I did put that we needed a large car for our luggage. Driver agai. Was A#1 but vehicle was way too small. We have a return trip and I hope this is corrected on our return to the stated. Thank you. The instructions for our airport pick up were very clear and we had no issues, they were prompt and ready to take us to our hotel. Our driver didn’t speak much English so we had to use a phone translator. Great driver.

This was the best! Our driver was on time to pick us up from the airport and to take us back to the airport. We rode in comfort in an air conditioned minivan. The best part is that it's a private transfer, so we didn't have to wait on anyone!
When we got off the airplane we had trouble finding our driver because they didn't have our name on a piece of paper waiting for us. After talking to a few people (who hound you trying to get a tip for helping) we found our driver. It also wasn't a sedan like we ordered. On the trip back to the airport everything went great.
Not a good company. They were supposed to pick mr up at 3 and they showed up at 5. And they also changed my pick up time 3 time.
Only one way so far, but can’t imagine ever sitting in a van or bus again. On time, professional, and straight to our hotel, probably half the time, Which is usually spend waiting for other people getting their luggage etc.
My Husband and I are very happy with the service we received. When we arrived to Punta Cana Airport it was total madness, driver everywhere trying to get us in their cars. We were told time and time again to be very careful because it is not save, but there was our driver Carlos holding up a sign with my name on it (what a relieve). He was very helpful and educated us on a little DR history. We will recommend Viator car service to all our friends and anyone visiting DR. Thank you Carlos!
