Excellent service! Our flight was delayed and they stayed at the airport waiting for us. Even gave us bottled water when we finally came out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vehicles clean and the ride was smooth. I would recommend them anytime.
Excellent service from Alexander. He was very friendly, polite and professional, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. He had the beers my husband requested ready to celebrate my birthday on the way, made an important stop for us, and even stopped at a pharmacy to help us pick up medication my mother had forgotten. Overall, it was a GREAT experience from start to finish. He also helped us with our luggage and provided a car seat for our daughter as requested. This was a last-minute reservation to our hotel in Uvero Alto, and they still accommodated us without any issues. Very grateful and highly recommended.
Great company. Driver was great and provided some suggestions for different sites and tours. Would recommend.
Our driver, Jimenez, was absolutely fantastic! We had zero wait after exiting Terminal A, and even though the drive to Secrets Playa Esmeralda was long, it was comfortable in the private Suburban for us, 2 couples. Jimenez is an excellent driver—professional, smooth, and genuinely friendly—which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. At the end of our week at Secrets, we were thrilled to find out he would be our driver again for the return trip to the airport. If you’re lucky enough to have Jimenez as your driver, you are in good hands. Highly recommend!
Mr. Jiminez our driver was great! Prompt arrival and departure. Great communication. We will use them every time we travel! Thank you
We used their service from and to the airport and they provided excellent customer service both ways. They were waiting when we got to the airport and 10 mins prior at the resort when we were traveling back to the airport. Always asked if temperature was good, what music we wanted to listed and they were super friendly. Alexander was one of our drivers. Very friendly, respectful and professional. Would totally use them again!
Mr Jimenez was awesome! Great experience!

The drive was quick and comfortable, honestly over before I even knew it. I couldn’t say better things about our experience with him and the company itself. I would recommend to anyone and will be using them again next time we come to DR.

Eddie was prompt, courteous and professional in all aspects of the transfer. His SUV was newer and in great condition, it was cool with great A/C and he offered drinks and the music of our choice. He engaged in conversation and pointed out notable locations on the route.
We had Eddie as a private driver and he was great! Very personable, friendly, and a good driver! Highly recommend Eddie as your driver in Punta Cana!

The transportation service provided by Premium VIP was excellent, the driver Mr Franyell provided an outstanding service, all time taking care of the needs we had during the service. Extremely recommended services, even more if Mr Franyell provided the transportation service
Driver Robert shows up at the hotel early which was very good that means we didn’t have to rush .Robert is very polite and has a positive attitude his manner and respect for his customers was excellent and when I come back I will be asking for Robert personally. Thank you for a great experience.
Franyell is fun company and a great driver! While driving us to our resort, he showed us the lesser seen side of the community and gave us unique glimpses into his culture. He kept a postive attitude and was very safe while navigating some difficult traffic patterns and congestion; he got us there faster by using alternate routes. Great first interaction on our vacation!
Robert was an amazing driver. He knew exactly where he was going and we felt safe all the way to the resort. I hope we will get him on our return to the airport. THANK YOU!!

From the moment he arrived, he was prompt, professional, and full of great energy. Every ride with him was smooth, and we always felt incredibly safe and well taken care of. Enyel made our transportation seamless and stress-free, he was not only reliable but also fun to be around. His personality truly enhanced our trip. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed every moment. We requested him by name. Highly recommend Enyel to anyone visiting the DR, he is hands down the best!
