I booked a R/T ride in Punta Cana. There wasn't much details in the reservation about the process, only the little bit I read from some reviews. I went outside and fought through all of the taxis looking for someone with my name on paper. Never saw anyone. People asked me for the name of the company which I could not find in the reservation. I had to call Viator rep and they got in contact with the driver and told me the name of the company (Punta Cana Transport). One of the taxi drivers directed me to the driver, which was sitting down holding the my name which was not held up for me to see. The process was terrible, the ride was just ok, and not the cleanest. On the way back to the airport I had to call the company rhe night before to confirm a pickup time. I was told 12pm. At 1215 I called the number multiple times and texted in the app. The resort even tried calling the company as well. The driver finally responded in the app chat stating they were 2 mins away. They arrived at 1230. The driver didn't know English very well and used Google translate to explain he had car trouble and the battery connector had to be secured to fix the issue. Communication with this company is horrible.

There was trouble with our flight into Punta Cana and we had to reschedule the pickup with very little notice. They were so accommodating with the reschedule and the divers to and from our resort were excellent.

I couldn't find where I was going as this was my first time in the Dominican Republic, then I met Erika who sat with me and helped me every step of the way. She checked my booking, took me to my driver and assisted me to start my transport from the airport to the hotel. She was very attentive, and professional but most importantly very friendly. If it wasn't for her I'd be walking around in circles trying to figure out where to go. I highly highly recommend using Caribbean Airport Transfers. Erika cares about her customers!

upon arrival at Punta Cana airport it was difficult to find our driver. We had requested 1 van for 12 people. We ended up with two 6 people vans. The driver of one of the vans played loud vulgar (swears, sexual words) music for the trip and there were 2 children under 13 in the van. The driver for the trip back to airport drove rather crazy but that seemed the norm and he got us to the airport and the correct terminal. That van was not configured for 12 people so seats had to be moved around,luggage squeezed in front of peoples' legs, and an 8 year old had to sit in her father's lap for the trip. Viator sure beat Amstar's price!

Francisco was great and really helpful. We had a pleasant ride with A/C. The ride was quick and safe. Pick up was prompt and the value was great.

We booked through Trip Advisor, Erika was very communicative. When we arrived she greeted us immediately, had a place for us to sit while waiting due to construction and we had our bags carried to the car for us. Our driver was friendly, got us there efficiently and safely and we couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We had a great experience with Annie and Francisco. Annie pulled us out of the crowd of people leaving the airport and took our luggage straight to the private van that was waiting to take us to our hotel. Francisco was our driver and he got us to the resort safely and quickly, he told us a little about the island and had some great recommendations of things to do and see during our stay. It took the stress out of leaving the airport and our vacation could start as soon as we got out of customs.

The company DID NOT show up to transfer us from the hotel. They told me they picked up another family with the same name? What the hell. What’s the point of asking for my confirmation number the day before when I confirmed? And I had to call them to confirm, no one contacted me. I was told I’d need to show my Viator ticket, I guess whoever “had the same name as me” (yea right) didn’t have to show any ticket. So we had to scramble to find a taxi and race to the airport, talk about stress. Whatever you do, DO NOT book with this company. You’ll be scrambling at the last minute trying to catch a flight. Communication was poor, zero professionalism, cannot believe that experience.

Excellent experience, Anne was friendly and helpful. She called a driver and Oscar arrived quickly. Anne helped me with my bag and led us to our driver, Oscar. He was awesome as well. Overall, great experience, will use this company again for sure :)

Meeting up with driver was not as told- no sign so we could not find contact. Had to wait a long time for driver to arrive. Seat belts in vehicle were broken. But price was great value!

The only company outside that had no signs with our name. We found the kiosk and the lady was on her phone doom scrolling social media. She said the driver will be here in 5 mins...... 30 mins later, another 5 mins....... we finally decided to just take a local taxi after waiting 40 mins. Once we decided to use another service, the driver magically appeared. The van was spacious, but the AC was borderline. Local taxi was going to charge $35 one way, considering we payed $50 each way for this service, expected better service. At pickup from our hotel, the driver was on time but same borderline AC, we were just happy he was on time. Would not be using this service again,
