Private Punta Cana Airport Transfer — Reliable & Comfortable

Bit confusing to find driver. Van that came was poor in quality and once loaded we had to unload as it was leaking fluid (and odour in van which should have been identified as a problem in the first place). Had to then wait for another van to come. We ended up at hotel at same time as group shuttle that we were trying to avoid with this personal shuttle. Based on this specific experience I wouldn’t recommend it. However, final driver was courteous and did a nice job - just the van issues (which is important though).

I wrote a previous review and they responded with lies. They were in fact late to pick us up from the airport. On the day that they were supposed to take us to the airport they text us TEN minutes before our SCHEDULED pick up time saying that there were running FORTY minutes behind (see photo below). We never paid for a one way. The advertisement stated the price for a round trip, which we paid and they sent a text saying " we already paid and did not have to pay anything else". We did not pay $90 for an uber, it was $70. They are confusing my review with someone else's.

Our party of 2 used this service for tansfers to and from TRS Punta Cana. The value was great and the drivers to and from airport were both couteous and took good care of us. I got text before arriving telling me where to go. There was no one there - but our plane had arrived early. I texted the same number and someone was there soon after. We only waited a few minutes for our car. The driver for the return to the airport was exactly on time. Overall - good experience!

I honestly don’t understand how this company has nearly five-star reviews. When we landed, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the van to arrive, which was especially difficult with tired kids. The driver who picked us up from the hotel seemed annoyed, even frustrated, that he had to load our luggage, and he blasted music the entire ride, which was unpleasant. On top of that, both vans we used (airport and hotel pickups) were extremely dirty. They are one of the cheapest transportation options in Punta Cana, but the service and experience definitely reflect that, you get what you pay for.

Tomas caballero went above and beyond for us during our trip. He’s very amicable and friendly. Very attentive to our needs. He’s an amazing driver very talented knows the areas well like a tru local.

First time using - usually use amstar but this was half the price. Communication was great. Van was clean. They were on time and got us there safe. Zero complaints! Smooth quick process

This was our second time to use Punta Cana Transport for an airport-hotel-airport private transfer. It's not that their service was terrible, but there must be better services out there. There were three issues this time: Communication on where to meet their representative was not clear; the sign saying "Punta Cana Transport" was only about 30 inches tall, making it nearly impossible to see in the massive crowd of people who congregate just outside the baggage pick-up exit; and, third, the van picking us up was about 20 minutes late, despite our flight being on time. Plus, the van (once it arrived) looked like it had not been washed in quite some time. It just wasn't a good start to a vacation. On the return trip, the van was cleaner, but the driver never introduced himself and didn't say ten words during the drive back to the airport. Did they get us to/from the airport? Yes. Will we use them again? Not likely.

Highly recommend reliable transport. Driver was super nice and he went out of his way to get us to out airbnb which was not an easy location to find

Michael Piantini drove us back to the airport. He was so friendly and nice. He had us laughing and talking all the way back to the airport. He gave us information on the area and he was teaching us a little Spanish. Such a respectful person.

Our experience was really good. We walked out of the airport and we were sent picture of the sign to look out for. I asked other companies and they were kind enough to point to the company that we booked. After that, we sat for a few minutes and a van showed up with good AC & English speaking driver and a co-driver. And they were really nice and polite. I would definitely take this service again in the future.

Our driver Jose Velez was awesome! He got us from the airport to our resort fast and safe. We would recommend this service to anyone!

We used Punta Cana Transport several times during our trip to the DR. Shuttle was clean, on time and driver was friendly. We split up our stay and Tomas drove us from Hyatt Ziva to Dreams Royal Beach. We have a 1 year old and we felt very safe throughout the drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

This is my second round- trip service using this company and we have had positive experiences each time. Our plane was delayed but we still received excellent service and Michael got us to our destination promptly. I like the fact that they communicate upon arrival so right when you get off the plane you know where to go. Would recommend this company!

The trips was amazing overall. However one of our main concerns was the transit from the airport to the hotel. My family and I were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service they provided. Michael was our driver and he was great, the dude showed up 10 minutes prior to pick up time, was respectful and kind. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for the experience.

Alberto Paulino was amazing, he made sure to have my name on a big sign when I arrived, so it was easy to find him once I got my baggage. My flight was delayed 5hours but this company monitored and picked me on time. Great customer service as well!

This was an excellent experience for my family our driver Michael was outstanding from the pick up communication to handling our bags and making myself and family feel comfortable. Its honestly not my first time with punta cana transfer is like my 4th or 5th and i previously had tried many other transportation companys and i didnt like them since i started using punta cana transport i will not change them i will continue to used them and i have always loved their service my driver in this vacation was Michael and he was amazing very helpful and made us all feel very confortable

We had to book our transportation last minute due to some schedule changes. It was so easy the driver was there within 5 mins. Michael was our driver and he was soo kind and very personable!!! We come to Punta Cana often and will always use Punta Cana transport.We are hoping Michael is our driver on our return as well!

Our pickup from the airport and from our resort was timely, and we arrived at our destination safely. Communication was excellent and greatly appreciated. However, we were a little disappointed with the vehicles. They were not the nicest or in the best condition. The price was very reasonable, but in the future, I would probably consider paying more and going with another company for a better travel experience. With that said, we really had no other complaints.

I received a text from Punta Cana transport confirming both my rides hours before my pick ups. My plane’s arrival to PUJ was two hours delayed, but it was no problem whatsoever for my car. Alberto Paulino arrived early, drove safely, was kind and courteous. The car was air conditioned and spacious. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The company was great and super reliable, they sent me WhatsApp communication all the time, when we landed we went to their sign, 10 minutes after the driver picked us up and it was a smooth ride to the hotel. I am booking the transfer back with them as well

Punta Cana transport was excellent. On time, safe driving, cheaper than other transports. My driver Michael was kind, pleasant and enjoyable to chat with even in my very rudimentary Spanish! Thank you very much!

Michael was great and on time. A/C worked and it was imminent. Micro-Bus was clean and I recommend it for private transfers.
