Private Punta Cana Airport (Puj) Transfer To Hotels –Door-to-door

Our ride was supposed to arrive at 9pm. He didn’t until 10pm. There was some confusion about who from the company would be picking us up. We arrived with three little ones and had to stand there for a while waiting. We had one employee call the manager and then ended up calling ourselves after another driver showed up and for some reason couldn’t take us. It was very inconvenient and caused us to miss the cut off time for some of the amenities we paid for at our resort.

This was such an easy and smooth transfer! I highly recommend! Jonathan was very responsive and patient with the timing after arrival to Punta Cana and I also used him for transportation back to the airport. Both vehicles were nice and the air was blasting. Definitely will book them again when I return to Punta Cana

Great experience. Thank you for getting us to our destination safe. Very professional and on time. Thank you

Easy to book and communication was good throughout the process. Car was at airport as promised with a sign waiting for us. Ride to hotel was pleasant.

It was easy booking. They were very helpful with trying to find driver. Drivers very friendly. Clean, safe, ride to Hotel

Next time I will book it again. No waiting time for others to arrive at the Bus. Clean, Safe and friendly Transfer. After Customs just outside there will be a sign with your name just as described. Really easy.

Our pick up from the VIP area of PUJ went without a hitch. I can recommend VIP airport service and this transport.

We had booked and paid for a shuttle service with AVIATOR , in Punta Cana to go to La Romana. Their driver never showed up, at our terminal. The flight was with Air Canada, and we ended up taking their bus service, who was at the right terminal. AVIATOR is refusing to refund, saying their driver was at terminal A. My question is, why was he there, when the buses were at the other terminal??? Anyone considering their service , needs to know that the bus service offered with our trip booking, did not stop at any other resorts, were very comfortable and newer.

I booked a shuttle and, due to delays with air traffic, immigration, and luggage, I got out of the airport later than expected. When I got to the pick up/arrival area, the staff were helpful in figuring out my booking and quickly contacted the right transport service. Danod, reached out to a driver, and I had the van all to myself. I spoke in my limited Spanish with Ashworth, the driver, and when I made a spontaneous comment that I was hungry, he kindly made a quick pitstop at KFC so I could grab food before heading to my hotel. That thoughtful gesture really made the ride comfortable, especially since check-in at the hotel took a while. I would definitely recommend this shuttle service. Just be prepared to speak some Spanish or use Google Translate—it helps!

Went above and beyond. Easy to deal with, always open to help and make it work. Always on time. Would recommend 100%.

The Driver was great and it was a nice size mini-van type car. They meet you at the Pickup Zone with your name on a clipboard

Great drive the drive from the airport to the hotel was a smooth and fast transition. Was one time we didn’t have to stand around and wait

Excellent visible signage and seamless pick up and drop off during a very busy airport time. Def recommend

Abigail and her team was very helpful during our stay. She was attentive and resolved all our inquiries. She helped us with the transportation and the coco bongo experience.

We used them for airport transfer to the hotel and back. Since it was our first time in Punta Cana, we were looking a reliable company and luckily we found the best one. Everything was organized perfectly and we can only highly recommend them.

I have used this transport company many times . They are very reliable and professional. I have travelled with them around the Punta Cana area and as well to La romana and Santo Domingo.

Very friendly and professional staff, great communication and excellent drivers with well equipped vehicles. I would definitely recommend!

Solid trip. Guide was on time at the airport. However, we still had to wait briefly for the car. The ride was ok, tour booking was also offered, and he initially took us to the wrong hotel. Despite GPS, wrong hotel entrance. Fortunately, the hotel staff then drove us to the correct hotel. It wasn't a big deal, but surprising that the driver wasn't familiar with the area.

All very well, thank you to Briant for taking us well to our hotel, I recommend this transport company to all
