Private Punta Cana Airport Minivan Transfer

I initially booked through Viator when I stayed in Punta Months back. I booked again when I stayed in a location further out than Punta Cana. Communication was clear and pickup and drop off was very punctual. I was able to stop by the store along the way. They answered all of my questions and ensure I got to my destination safely and worked out an affordable cost for the transport. I felt confident and safely with this company and would certainly book again. I have traveled with the company with family and solo and both times I felt safe and had no worries. I felt like I didn’t have to think. They handled all of that for me! Me and my driver from the airport even had a little praise and worship session. I loved that so much. That was so unplanned lol Have them stop you by Pollo Victorina at the gas station near the airport for delicious fried chicken and more. I stayed 6 nights 7 days and they picked me up and returned me to the airport.

Excellent service from start to finish! The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Everything went smoothly, making our transportation completely stress-free. Very reliable company with great communication and outstanding customer service. This was one of the best experiences i have had with arranging private transport round trip from the airport. They communicated promptly and gave clear instructions. The drivers were professional and friendly. They arrived at the scheduled time. The drive was smooth, no speeding or sudden braking. 10/10 definitely recommend anyone to book this company for any airport transfers. Very easy to plan with for arrival and departure. A little hard to find coming out of the airport but if you ask around the guys there all know each other and can help guide you. The pickup from our hotel for our departure was perfectly on time! Both times the car was a comfortable temperature and had plenty of room.

Super accommodating! I booked very last minute and they communicated immediately and arranged transportation flawlessly. When they were running late due to traffic they kept constant communication. Don’t think, just Book! I have been to DR multiple times and this service has been the best I’ve received. Highly recommend. Communication was clear and direct shortly before our trip via WhatsApp. I messaged after landing and clear instructions on where to meet. Just exit and bypass all the drivers waiting and calling out to you, (which as females traveling, tend to be quite overwhelming) and meet the driver (name and vehicle given) at the designated location (photo was sent). Communication was clear for the return trip as well. And both drivers were great and timely. I recommended them to my family who also travelled later in the week. Will definitely use again!

Booked this transfer less than 12 hours before arrival. As soon as I made payment company contacted me via email to introduce and arrange a pickup time. Flight was delayed about 2 hours. Driver was available and ready to take us to our destination. He got to to our destination safe and fast and I would recipe d this company for transfers. Trips around. And excursions.

I had an amazing experience with this transport company! My flight was delayed 2 hours ( In Santo Domingo), but the driver patiently waited for me and stayed in constant communication the whole time. The next morning, we used the same driver for our trip to Punta Cana, and he was fantastic ,he even made a stop for us to get food, and we never felt rushed at all. After five days in Punta Cana, the same company picked us up to return to Santo Domingo. They arrived right on time, and once again, the driver was very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this company to anyone traveling from or to any airport in the Dominican Republic. Their service is reliable, friendly, and truly stress-free!
