Our driver meet us at the airport when we landed and took as right to our resort quickly. He was kind and professional!

We had to ask several people where we needed to go but found a nice gal that called our guy to see if he was picking us up. He showed up fast & got us to our resort!

When we arrived to the airport, transportation wasn't there to pick us up. Called and gave my booking number, the guy said my last name, then said give them 20 minutes. Then was told give them a hour. So we had to pay someone else to take us to our house. Very disappointed because I'm a travel agent and this wasn't good business.

They did not show up. Make sure they book same day and confirm show. I end up waiting over 2 hours to find ride end up costing me double the money to to find ride.

My experience with this company was horrible 0 stars . I paid for roundtrip on Viator app just to be I had to pay an additional 50$ each way by the driver with no explanation. Also the communication sucks !! I do not recommend!!!!

Very quick and easy service, 10/10 service. Very nice and hospitable. They’ll send a driver to find you once you land and exit the airport. Communication is very easy due to WhatsApp and the drivers knowing both English and spanish. Would take again and I definitely recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about our driver, Welinton! He went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of during a very stressful travel day. Our original booking was for pickup at Punta Cana Airport, but due to unexpected flight delays and rerouting by American Airlines, we were diverted to Santiago Airport—over 4.5 hours away from our resort. Despite this major change, Welinton did not hesitate to step up. He drove over four and a half hours to pick us up from Santiago Airport—a location outside of his usual service area—just to make sure we made it safely to our resort at Royalton Punta Cana. And then, after that long drive, he turned around and drove us all the way back with patience, professionalism, and a smile. We've been to Punta Cana eight times, and we can confidently say Welinton is the best driver we’ve ever had. He was kind, respectful, punctual, and incredibly accommodating. The driver never showed up. We called him twice and he finally said it was too far after leaving us at the airport waiting for over an hour.

We ordered a private transportation service the day before our trip, which was terrific. They were punctual and responsive. They had our name on a clipboard and waited for us even though our flight was delayed. They took our luggage and got us to our destination safely. We will use them again.

Everything went perfect. We had a large group of 10. We were luckily enough to have the same driver (rodolfo) for arrival and departure. The communication via whatsapp was efficient and the pickup timing was perfect.

Horrible experience with Best Punta Cana Tours for airport transportation! We scheduled and paid for private round-trip transportation to our resort prior to our trip. Upon landing in PUJ I received a WhatsApp text from the tour company stating there was a mistake in my reservation. Basically, they confirmed the reservation prior to arrival but said the resort was further away and we would have to modify our reservation by paying $50 more. They could take us to the resort but could not pick us up when it was time to come back without paying more money. I spoke with the driver and his supervisor, who was rude and insulting. The driver had a young girl and his baby/child with him at work. We had them take us to the resort and just arranged transportation with another trusted tour/car service company. We will NEVER use Viator or Best Punta Cana Tours again!

We went for a family trip with 11 people to a resort in Punta Cana. Communication via WhatsApp was on point and super easy. Pick up at the airport was flawless. Car was clean, driver was super nice and spoke English. Pick up was arranged also via WhatsApp and was also flawless. Overall great experience, great price, and would recommend hands-down.

I highly recommend using this company for all your transportation services while in Punta Cana. My driver was Jarly and he was one of the nicest people I’ve met. Very sociable and friendly. There is a gracious wait time after your flight arrival and they actively track your flight. I was super late for my pick up and they were so kind and helpful in accommodating me with follow up arrangements. They are very responsive and polite. Jarly also offered us round trip services to explore the night life and I felt very safe traveling with him being in a new place late at night.

I consistently go with these guys to schedule my transportation needs, they are the best. Jarly comes through every time. The drivers are always respectful and polite, as a solo female traveler I am never concerned about my safety.

Communication was great at the beginning. When I got to the airport, there was no person holding a sign with my name. It was not clear which stand at the exit belonged to this company. Thankfully a local gentleman at the airport, David, was incredibly kind by making phone calls to help me find the driver, AND waited with me until the driver picked me up. I was told the driver mistakenly went to the wrong terminal and was late picking me up. The ride to the hotel was safe and fast; the driver was polite, fun, and respectful. I booked my return trip with Jarly as well and it was perfecto!
