They were nearly impossible to find once we landed and never responded to our return request from the resort back to the airport so we had to pay out of pocket for another taxi to take us.

We had difficulty finding Viatour upon our arrival. No signage at arrival or on the van. It was chaotic!!! Everything went well after we found the van. The driver was very nice. Our return was on time and pleasant. We will certainly use Viatour again.

Overall the experience was good. Just be prepared for wait times throughout. If you’re English speaking only your tour guide may speak Spanish and then English.

Manny and Edwin were just brilliant so helpful and pleasant great tour too all the highlights the caves museums and even the president palace the little restaurant was a nice stop to freshen up over all it was a marvellous trip

I got in contact with jorge of quality transport service the family book transportation thru the company and they were on time and very pleasant our driver name was manny he took our family to our resort majestic colonial in punta cana and also we book 3 tours quality we did the boogies and it was amazing with the rain the mud and to experience the local kids ,saona island is great however must do saona vip in order to get the best of it ,santo domingo tour is great if you do it private you will enjoy more and you won't be uncomfortable,we really enjoy all the tour and we also book the transportation back to the airport and guest who we saw once again manny made us feel like family we were glad to see him once again , we enjoy the time we were in manny company he protected us like family manny is a profesional driver and a professional tourguy as well and he speak excellent english our family recommend this company 200% and everytime we come to Dominican republic we will book with Quality,See you soon.

We booked a tour to santo domingo with Quality transport service, we first spoke with Jorge who was very friendly and professional always responding on time by chats or phone, the tour was great the service, food and guide was many was very professional and funny. I hightly recommend this company for tours and transfers.

We had a trip to Santo Domingo. Jorge our driver was great and Manny our guide did a tremendous job showing us around Santo Domingo and giving information on all the great sites we visited. Lunch which was included was also good.

They didn't come for us at the hotel. They were hired and prepaid for the roundtrip airport-hotel shuttle. Yes we were picked up at the airport, but on the day of check out, they didn't go to the hotel and didn't answer calls or messages either. We had to hire another taxi service on an emergency basis. Very bad experience.
