Private Airport Transfer From Punta Cana To Uvero Alto

The price was really good compared to what our resort was charging. When it was time to return to the airport, our driver was really late and we were told that there was supposed to be a shopping excursion included in our return trip to the airport but we didn’t have time to do it because they were late. I didn’t even know that there was a shopping excursion so that part wasn’t a big deal at the time..

We bought the tickets from Silky Sands tour upfront to transfer us from Punta Cana airport to Wyndham Alltra resort, but at the airport, we cannot find Silky Sands at all, we tried to call the company’s phone, nobody answered. We ran through the rental car pickup area for two hours and 15 minutes, asked every counter where the silky sands was, no one knew. Fortunately one of the group seems know the company (he also called the company and didn’t get through) and agreed to send us to the hotel. This company has no method to get in contact and no communication throughout the process. Very upset experience. We bought the round trip tickets, same question: who and when they will pick us up from hotel? How do we get notified? Please make sure that it won’t happen again when we leave.

We arrived at the airport and waited for 45-50 minutes and there was no driver to pick up. I tried to call number mentioned on viator tour operator contact details and no one was answering. Also sent message to operator using viator app and there was no communication from them. We end up using other taxi finally. Now I am dealing with viator to get my money back. Never book with them.

Great communication and timely pick up! No sign, wifi or bottles of water per description but didn’t need any of it. We just needed good transportation to and from our resort and this was a great service for the best price!

Please do not book...Ittook them over an hour to pick me up from the airport then the driver took me to the wrong hotel...Also The experience was nothing as advertised. No one was waiting for me with a sign with my name on it the van was old and dingy, there was no wifi on board, no bottled water, etc...I have been trying to request a refund for the return portion but no one amswers

Silky sands was amazing with communication. As soon as I landed and turned on my phone I was greeted with a WhatsApp message from the dispatcher. I called him when I got outside after baggage claim and he told me where to wait and sent a picture of the driver and car. I was told that someone would be waiting with a sign with my name but that didn’t happen so I called and they sent someone right away. A little problem with the return was that Viator gives one ticket for round trips and it only had my arrival date. I contacted the dispatcher 24 hours before my flight as I was never given a pickup time. He told me that the information hadn’t come in yet and he would let me know as soon as it came. Later that evening I realized I still hadn’t heard anything and so I reached out again and he said he still hadn’t received any information and that it would probably come in first thing in the morning so way before my flight time. I was very nervous and woke up at 5am refreshing email and messages and still nothing. So I reached out again and he asked for my voucher so he can look into it. He was very calm and reassuring and responded with my pickup time. The driver came on time and was great at getting us to the airport in plenty of time despite the traffic on the road leading up to the airport. I was glad to have a private transfer and not have to wait and make stops at other hotels.

No one ever came to the airport to get us. We were there for over 40 minutes looking for the person. In the messages, they said someone will be standing there with our name. We even had kind workers looking as well. They never heard of this company and didn't see our name. When they called the number, it went to voicemail. They never responded when I asked where they were since we were there. I was fully refunded. That says a lot. Would not book with them unless you want to be stranded at the airport.

Very budget friendly service. Only wished they had a sign to find representative easier at the airport. Airport ppl did help me locate them. Waited 15 min for van to come after checking in.

Transport was on time. A little confusing with the pick up at the airport but thankfully the company will correspond via WhatsApp and figured things out quickly. No issues with drop off to the airport.

Communication prior to arrival was lacking (never received a call or text like advertised) so I had to find out how to reach out to them. After I got a hold of them communication was prompt. Our drivers were professional and got us to and from our destination safely.

We booked this transfer from Ocean El Faro to Punta Cana using the Viator app. The price was around $45 - much cheaper than other transfers. The driver picked us up at the agreed time and was very pleasant although he spoke no English. The van used was old but clean and there were no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Lowis peñaairpirt was the guy who met us at the airport took us to the taxi, and also arranged the taxi back to airport. He was very professional, responded to t CT’s and questions quickly. The drivers both ways on our round trip were professional and courteous. It was overall a very smooth experience.

I needed to book dependable transportation for my clients who were going to Punta Cana to celebrate a 50th birthday and relax. I had accidentally booked the wrong location but both Viator and Silky Sands Tours helped me get it all corrected! After all, I was paying for this as a gift from my agency! My clients texted me upon arrival in Punta Cana and said Silky Sands Tours was GREAT and assured me I had made the right choice for them.

Waited 10mins at the arrival for our driver. Smooth and pleasant 40mins ride from the airport to our hotel. Would recommend to others.

Shuttle picking us up from the airport was an hour if not a little over an hour late. Was told he took another ride and I didn’t understand why when he was booked and already paid to be there a set time for our ride. Ours should’ve been priority.

I booked this transport service for round trip private transportation to and from the airport and hotel for my vacation. When I arrived, the driver was not there. Someone met me on foot and we waited on the car. The person Jay must have been a sales rep. I asked Jay about how do I schedule my pick up and he told me to message him in WhatsApp the night before. The shuttle arrived. The driver was very polite. Before I left, Jay (who did not ride with us) also let me know to message him in WhatsApp if we wanted to do excursions. I told him I would and hopped in the shuttle. The driver was friendly and got me their safely. HE is the only reason why the rating isn't 1 star. Day 2 of a 5 day trip, Jay reached out to see if we wanted any excursions. I told him we wanted to just relax. He said, "Ok". On day 4 I looked for a confirmation email on pick up time...NONE. I waited for the advertised courtesy call I was supposed to get the night before...NONE. I messaged Jay who brushed me off (I assume due to me not getting an excursion). So, I called the company directly to ask about when I would be picked up and I was hung up on. I finally called Viator and was able to get a refund. Bottomline: If you don't want to introduce stress on your vacation, do not go with this company. Things happen, but a company that cares about its customers would take extra effort to follow through on their service.

Bi lingual drivers would be a plus so that ride is not quite. Didn't receive water bottle like in description

This transfer was very affordable. compared to other transfers Otherwise we would not have been able to do it. excellent service Carlos from silky stands was fantastic at organizing this the only downfall I wish the drivers that were sent would have spoken English that way they could have answered questions.

Good The driver was very friendly and spoke some English. Took us there and back without a problem. Bad Upon arrival we were very thirsty and they didn't have the waters that came with the reservation. I was never sent any information about my pick up return time,I had to message them the night before and I was told and showed an email they sent but they sent it to Viator instead of me.
