This company was not authorized to pick us up at the hotel lobby, we had to go to the main gate to meet the driver. This we were made aware of minutes before the arranged pickup time

Me and my wife was not picked up from the airport and we would like a refund of our money. We came to punta Cana rescheduled our trip want to go for transportation to the resort our flight came in late I made contact with the transportation company and me and my wife was wasn't picked up from the airport to get to the resort and I had to pay another taxi driver to get us to the resort.

On our return trip, the car arrived 35 minutes after the scheduled time. We were waiting with little kids which was not very pleasant. Otherwise it was not bad service. But that 35 minutes delay caused the driver to drive pretty fast so we don't miss our flight.

Thr pick up from the airport to hotel was horrible. We're in Dominican Republic and told yes our driver will be waiting, will have a sign with your name, on vehicle too. we searched for this individual and was on a total poppies side of where pick ups were done. he was sitting in thr van, not a single name on the vehicle, no name for us to see he is with SILKY SANDS. 40 mins of trying to get someone to help us FINALLY find him. saying it eas an emergency. so basically you weren't here on time. Next! lets talk about pickup from hotel to airport. NON EXISTING! we had 1 date scheduled, flight was canceled due to Debbie so flight changed. I made SILKY SANDS aware they VIATOR so I have thr conversations where SILKY SANDS agreed pickup up for 1030am following day. Then 10:58 am and still noone! I had to pay AGAIN for another taxi. I immediately was in the phone with Viator who was ci tasting them for me. EVEN VIATOR REPRESENTATIVE SAID THEY HUNG UP ON HIM!! I requested refund and they're doing investigation.

Absolutely awful company avoid at all costs. Pre booked transfer online prior to travelling and was provided a price of $120us for a return journey from the airport Riu resort and back at the end of our holiday. Upon arrival they were nowhere to be seen and no transfer was waiting for us, after making enquiries an employee appeared and told us the car was on the way and we had to wait, it took 30mins for the car to arrive. At this point our cases were loaded and a payment of $150us was requested when I told them the agreed price online was $120 he simply said the online price didn't include extras, after sowing our confirmation email that the agreed price was all in and there was no mention of extra charges they reluctantly accepted the agreed $120us and took us to our hotel. When the time came to come home I messaged the company the day prior to confirm the pick up time only for my message to be ignored, I sent multiple messages via the wats app number on the day of our departure but despite this they did not turn up for our return journey. They simply left us at our hotel and we had to resort to arranging alternative transport to the airport which resulted in us almost missing our flight home. This is a thieving, dishonest and crooked company who are just out to scam you, avoid them like the plague........

Reservations said round trip and it was ONLY ONE WAY!! Should be more precise in add for transfer to and from airport.

Waited almost 30 minutes for our driver. Spoke to him 4 times and kept telling us 5 minutes, 2 minutes and at the end was at the lobby which he wasn’t. Was lucky enough to get a ride with another transfer company. Never again!

Horrific experience. We had 2 incidents with this company. 1. Due to a delay at the hotel checkout we boarded the transportation van 20min late. The driver proceeded to fight and harass us (a group of 7 women) demanding we pay him a “fee” for being late. I told him I had no problem paying fee via Viator, yet he called his boss who also harassed us on speaker phone because they wanted the money paid directly to them. Because we did not comply the driver became enraged and drove recklessly all the way to the airport. He ran red lights, drove on the wrong side of the road and nearly crashed multiple times while laughing and taunting us when we asked for him to slow down. At the airport he purposely left us at the wrong terminal and threw our luggage off the van. 2. The van that picked us up was not the one pictured. It was a white van that was run down and would shut off when it was going through speed bumps. I believe because we were all women they thought they could get away with such behavior. I have reported the driver and company and they should no longer be in business.

Nothing special here older model vehicle but got me to the hotel safely. OK vehicle was run down a bit, could have been cleaner, inappropriate music in my opinion, and I wasn't to receptive to them constantly trying to sale me something.

Adderly is simply amazing. As someone in a foreign country who only speaks English, my friend and I felt safe and catered to. Customer service was top notch and our pickup was always on time. Julio was our first driver and he was just gracious and simply the best. Our second driver, despite not speaking English at all was very professional and accommodating. Great! They were easy to find at the airport and things went well. Our flight was changed both there and back on different days. I was able to message them and let them know.

Our driver was already there and waiting for us by the time we finished going through customs and picking up our luggage. They had a sign with our name on it which helped us locate him quickly. He was a true professional and got us to our hotel quickly and safely. Everything from the booking process to the transportation service itself was very easy and convenient and went smoothly. We had to wait 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. The van was missing door step so it was too high to get into. The lady standing with the sign with our name was hiding behind the other taxis counter so we couldn't see /find her easily.

We missed the flight and made every attempt to reschedule, but haven’t been able to contact anyone. We booked a new date and paid again, decided to request a refund from the previous reservation, been here for 2 weeks now and still haven’t received a refund for the 1st reservation.

No specific instructions for pick up instructions. Drivers don’t have clothing to identify who they are. Waited 45mins for someone to pick us up.

The driver was punctual and professional. The van was clean and full equipped with AC and comfy seats. The pickup and drop off were done fast and easy. It was a pleasant experience on a day that is nerve wracking.

Carlos was fabulous to deal with. He spoke very good English and was very responsive. We found him easily at the airport and he had a lot of great information about many tours. Our stay was short and we didn’t have time for the tours. He stayed in touch and arrived to pick us up right on time! He was a pleasure to deal with!!

When we arrived at the airport and the friendly driver was waiting for us. The trip to the resort was 5 stars but the way back is a different story. They reached out to me and confirmed our pick up time in advanced which was nice. I confirmed again with them the day before departure on the pick up time. The morning of departure I confirmed our pick up time for the third time. After about 7 mins passed the agreed time I reached out to the contact about where the driver was at and he replied he will call the driver. After 5 mins of waiting he replied that the driver is a few mins away. So they showed up 15 mins late with barely any notice and I had to reach out myself. Also the company that transported us was another company that I guess silky sands contracts to . The van did not have any signage stating Silky Sands like the pictured showed so that was a little sketchy. For an amazing trip to the hotel and a not so good one back to the airport I’m giving this an average score.

I am torn between an average and poor rating. Arrival was good, everything prompt and as expected. Driver and guide were very nice. We were given a "contact" from the company that reached out after a few days to offer excursion options. We weren't interested in that, but it was fine. So everything until the day before departure was more than satisfactory. There was a message from the company confirming our arrival, so I expected one in regards to departure. When that didn't come, I reached out to the "contact" to make sure we were all set in that regard. Twelve hours later and he says he doesn't see any info. I provide a screenshot and confirmation number. No response. Needless to say there was no time to wait and possibly miss the flight. Fortunately, the hotel was very accommodating and secured us a very nice taxi in a matter of minutes after checkout. Long story short, I paid for roundtrip service, but only received service one way. That way was great, but being stiffed on the cost and potentially missing return flight due to lack of communication means a poor rating is likely more accurate than average. Average to me would indicate neither good or bad, just blah. Losing half the payment and then having to pay a taxi for a trip that was already paid for is not cool.
