From the moment we landed, the service was flawless! Our driver was waiting for us at the airport with a smile and a sign, helped with our luggage, and made the ride to the resort so comfortable for my daughter and I. The return trip was just as smooth and stress-free. They were on time, professional, and incredibly friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a trustworthy and worry-free airport transfer!
Great communication from a week before travel all the way through return to the airport. Exceptional service! Thanks Carlos!
Service and communication was excellent! Very reliable service. Communication began on WhatsApp prior to flying to our destination. They also provided a location to meet once we landed.
The company was extremely professional. The communication was rapid and effective. The transportation arrived on time to pick us up from the airport and to take us back. I would definitely recommend using them if you are looking for affordable private transportation in Punta Cana.
We had an amazing experience with Carlos. He was very friendly and helpful and made our trip much more pleasant- be it a transfer or a trip to town. He was punctual and reasonable. Highly recommend
Excellent service I would recommend Reynaldo 100%. He was able to book us a last minute trip to Isla Saona after the original reservation made with another tour company was canceled the day of the tour. Reynaldo and his partner Carlos provided us with VIP accommodations transfer from our hotel in thr Bavaro area to Bayahibe and boat to the island. Our family of 4 had a blast. Thanks again.
Transportation service was great. Easily identifiable in a country where English is the second or 3rd language speaks to the customer service. I would definitely use again!
We stayed in Punta Cana for 5 days & we had two drivers & they were great. Reynaldo in particular was our main driver & he was patient, respectful, caring & helpful. He made us feel safe & welcomed. We enjoyed our stay & will definitely be using Punta Cana online transfers again. I love Dom Rep & will be back! 10/100 would recommend
My friends and I absolutely loved being transported by Reynaldo Castillo from Punta Cana Online Transfer. In fact, both drivers were very warm and friendly and punctual; true gentlemen. Reynaldo was our driver for most of the time and he’s undoubtedly the best! We felt safe and comfortable at all times, not to mention, he’s always willing to go above and beyond. Special thanks to Carlos for providing excellent service for his customers; vehicles in tip-top condition and the best drivers! He and his team simply amplified our experience- 10/10. -Ally Love
