Jungle Buggies + Ziplines Adventures

This was our first time visiting the Dominican. We love adventure activities and ziplining was so fun. There was 12 ziplines! They were long and super exciting even compared to other ziplines we have done. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. They took Our transportation picked up up right from our resort and the drive was great. We got to see towns and the mountains.

Ziplining was awesome, the guides are great, good English, trained well. Juan Cruz was our driver to get there. He’s excellent, funny and knowledgeable!

We did the zipline and buggy tour combo. Sammy shared great information with us on our drive to the zipline. Manuel drove us there so efficiently. The zipline was our favorite part. Lots of different levels of ziplines. The guides were all very efficient and friendly. So much fun. PJ was our guide for the buggy tours. He had great humor and kept making jokes. The buggy tour was slightly disappointing in the fact that it was a short trail just repeated over and over again. I wish there was more of an adventurous trail. Overall great day. We loved getting to taste the fresh cocoa they grow here and sampling the other products. We came home with some cocoa butter and some coconut spray.

Awesome experience supporting local farms

Good morning out, zipline park was very good, everyone left safe and secure though the whole experience, the driver/guide ( Dominica tom Cruz), was great entertainment, thoroughly enjoyed it

The Ziplines were great and staff was very helpful! Wilbur our driver was great. He was funny and very informative as a guide.

Amado was an excellent guide...personable and knowledgeable. Piña, our driver, got us there and back in a timely and safe manner. The entire zip lining crew were knowledgeable and fun and the zipline course was incredible. Would do again!

Would definitely recommend the jungle buggies if you’re looking for an off-road adventure! Be sure to bring goggles and a bandanna or purchase on site. Johnny Tequila was a phenomenal and hilarious guide! His team was great as well and our photos are amazing. The river was a quick stop for our group but picturesque. The coffee, hot chocolate, and Mama Juana were really tasty. Our shuttle driver, Dominican Tom Cruz (Juan Cruz) provided a comfortable ride and cultural education. You’ll definitely get a good laugh on the ride.

Rode the zip lines and had a blast. Staff were very friendly and reassuring of the guests.

Tequila and Chocolatine amazing tours guys

Our buss driver and Sexy Papi 6 were hilarious and kind. Everyone at the ziplines was patient and fun. They all took time to help the children. The entire experience was SO much fun and the countryside? Gorgeous.

We had a great experience with everything included in our package. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful to make our experience better. Johnny Tequila and Jose C. were so informative about our trip and teaching us about local way of life. I would 100% book again.

Overall, our experience was okay, with some definite highs and lows. The zip lining was easily the highlight. When we first arrived, we were directed to wait in the coconut hut for about 45 minutes, with very little explanation as to what we were waiting for or when we would get started. However, once the zip lining began, everything ran very efficiently. The staff handled the process well, and we felt safe and secure the entire time. The buggy ride was just okay. Most of the ride consisted of doing multiple loops around the same path, so after the second loop, the excitement wore off pretty quickly. The trail is also extremely rocky and dusty, particularly if you're sitting in the front of the buggy, so eye protection is really important. During the safety briefing, they strongly recommended purchasing protective eyewear and even shared a story about a previous guest getting debris in their eye. I appreciated the warning, but if eye protection is considered that important for guest safety, I'm genuinely perplexed as to why it isn't automatically provided as part of the tour rather than something guests need to purchase separately. The coffee, hot chocolate, and local wine tasting was probably our least favorite part. What we expected to be a quick tasting felt more like a timeshare presentation. We had to sit through roughly 20 minutes of the guide explaining and promoting each product before moving on. It felt drawn out and, frankly, was quite painful to sit through. Lastly, our guide was extremely persistent about asking us to leave a TripAdvisor review and specifically mention his name so his boss would see it. I completely understand asking guests for reviews, and I don't mind being asked once or twice. However, he brought it up what felt like eight times throughout the excursion. He even passed his phone around so everyone could take a picture of the TripAdvisor QR code, despite there already being a QR code sticker displayed on the bus. At that point, the repeated requests became uncomfortable and took away from the experience. There were parts of the excursion we genuinely enjoyed, especially the zip lining, but the unexplained waiting, repetitive buggy route, lengthy product presentation, and excessive pressure to leave a review kept the overall experience from being as enjoyable as it could have been.

Armando and Samuel were very pleasant people. They I formed us a lot of D.R. And what we were gonna do and have for lunch. Very kind people.

Greg the tour guide was phenomenal and so was PJ the buggies tour guide. They were on time informative and made it fun.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Very well, organized, executed, very professional and well worth the money. Nathaniel, our driver and tour guide was wonderful. He provided brief history of the areas as we’re driving up, knowledgeable individual. I highly recommend booking an event with them without a shred of reservations. Good luck to him and the whole crew in the future endeavors.

A fantastic day that entertains and makes a change from a beach or poolside. The ziplining views were stunning. I felt safe and guided the entire time. Buggy ride was fun, but please note, you will need a mask/bandana and sunnies. It is a dusty trip! Highly recommend! Especially if you have teens to entertain. PJ our guide, highly entertaining and knowledgeable. And all the team from pick up to drop off were fantastic.

The whole experience from beginning to end was very well put together. Our bus driver, Jose Carrasco, was a delight, professional and a great pleasure to have him as our driver! Even when we ran into a situation he was able to resolve it, great customer service! Everything was Excellente!!!!

This was a great trip. Matea and Sammy were great host. Fee was reasonable. It was a 4 hour adventure.

The number of people was good. The Coconut House was tasty. Yes the monkeys were gentle. The tour guide, Angel, was very funny and informative. The driver, Pablo, was quick and smooth with the bus.
