We had a great time once on the boat getting to snorkel and swim in beautiful crystal clear waters. The staff who picked us up and on the boat were amazing and made the trip really fun. The one drawback of the trip is that we were picked up at 10am but instead of going to start our tour we were driven to a touristy shop where people tried to sell us little trinkets, cigars etc. we did not want or need this to be part of the tour. At 11:00/11:15 we got on the water and from there it was great! Unnecessary first hour of waiting around at places, otherwise it was a great experience.
The people selling pineapple and alcohol in the ocean. People were friendly but like to sell things typically tourists stuff
The whole experience was memorable. However my family really enjoyed the natural pool. It was amazing. Over all we had a great time!
The staff was very friendly, our transportation pickups were close to on time . The snorkeling in this part of the waters is disappointing as we only saw a few small fish… no coral reefs! They did offer a beverage but no snacks. We did enjoy going by the area where they have a dolphin experience so we got to see dolphins jumping out of the water. A pleasant way to spend half a day but don’t have any expectations for good snorkeling!
Great experience! Professional and friendly crew. The snorkeling was just ok but it's DR..there aren't any good reefs here. I was very impressed with the staff. The photographer on board took pictures for $150. The glassbottom was small but the boat was in excellent shape. Water was given. No flippers just goggles provided. Highly recommend. Pu on shore near Barcelo. Snorkeling……Saw plenty of fish of all colors. Stop at dolphins, sting rays, sharks. Then to bay where you can get out of water up to your waste. Then buying real pineapples with rum from vendors in the water. The crew was so play amazing, fun and accommodating…. And we didn’t have to listen to nasty, vulgar rap music like on the Blue Marlin the day before. If you want a fun 2 hour trip, book this one. See Cesar in the small white building near the Barceló. He’ll take care of you….
The window in the bottom is very small but the crew, the trip and the photographer were awesome. Great snorkeling experience, the guide did feed the fish so there were hundreds of them, used our cam for filming us diving, etc. All were super nice and we had a lot of fun. For people ONLY looking to watch fish through a window in the bottom, there might be boats with bigger ones (I guess). For all other: heavily recommended!
The guides were good, friendly but the tour is not as advertised. No alcoholic beverages were offered, no snacks were offered and the natural pool was the ocean. No pool of any kind.
This wasn’t the boat that showed up for us to ride in. We had a small fisher boat. And we we re told the other boat was broke. We we re also told we wouldn’t be given any snacks drinks water or alcohol. We asked for our money back.
We went on this trip with our amazing host Roberto! So happy we did! The boat it’s self was nothing to write home about but the experience it’s self was beautiful! They took to deeper water where we were able to snorkel and see all these beautiful fish! Then we went to shallow water where we were able to swim around. Fernando took amazing photos of us. The water is beautiful here. Definitely worth going on this excursion!
Seeing the beautiful fish , but hard getting in and out of boat staff did not ware mask local should clean beach they were all trying to sell you stuff but would not pick up anything

Everything matches what was contracted. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They inform you beforehand in a personalized way about how the logistics, hotel pickups, journey, etc., will be. Carlos was very punctual and professional with the transfers. And at the dock, Chocolate explains to you how the excursion will be, and once at sea, both Alexander (the captain) and the rest of the crew were very attentive and pleasant. The day of our excursion the sea was rough, and the first snorkeling activity couldn't be done, so they proposed changing it to spend more time on the swimming activity along the coast.
Oh, good. They took care of us very well. The service is very friendly and they solve any questions. They offer you cold drinks.

LOL! When I arrived at boarding, the person in charge informed me that the glass-bottomed boat had broken down and presented me, as a replacement, with a motorboat. In addition, the excursion site is just a few km from the hotels, snorkeling and the so-called natural pools are also located in the same place. You can get there by walking along the beach. Snorkelling has no interest, faded coral is dying, we rub shoulders with other boats on which tourists get drunk with plastic glasses. Ah, plastic, the country is invaded! A REAL DISASTER! I have of course requested full reimbursement, which was initiated the same day by the agency. For that, thank you for their honesty and responsiveness.
