Overall mid — The service can definitely be improved such as communicating times of departures effectively and how much time we spend on each location. We wasted an hour and a half just waiting for the bougies to be available. The coffee stop is 15min, not much of an experience, can be improved as well. The cave was a good experience but everyone seemed all over the place, not sure when everyone was leaving. The last part which is Macao beach, was supposed to be the highlight of the trip only to find out that it was a “ 30min “ stop when in reality was 15mins in the water. Macao beach is beautiful and worth the stay..The price for a virgin pina colada is $15 USD when in the resort is at $5usd. The prices for the food is outrageous, more expensive than Canada. Not only that but paying in USD?! The trip overall could’ve improved with better time management, organization and allowing for more time at the beach. The entire trip took us 5 hours instead of 3 hours as displayed on the listing. 1.5hour was wasted sitting on a bench. I would advise to book Macao beach separately for an entire day. The bougies are a hit or miss, not much of a highlight. The cave is great but there might be better ones.

The best $30 spent!!!! The guides where amazing! I’m not a strong swimmer and the Cenote was safe and fun for someone who gets a bit nervous near water! The total time was perfect!!! If you are looking for a good time BOOK this experience!!

Was a good experience but the stops should be longer.

It was not very well organized, had to wait about 40 minutes to get into buggy. Make sure to take water shoes, goggles, and handkerchiefs for face and hair or else you’ll be forced to purchase there and prices are high. You will get very muddy. The stops are tourist traps but I understand it’s how they make their living. The beach at Macoa was beautiful but the cenote was crowded so long line to jump in. Overall the ride was fun but probably would not do this one again.

Great Macau beach buggie tour . You may get muddy but provide showers, go slow and bargain for souvenirs, sturdy sandies for driving . Cenote is dark and not beautiful but nice cave . Good place to relax drive and enjoy ocean. Bring cash for food drinks to avoid stupid tax (doesn’t make sense ) they charge a lot bargain down

Popeye was our tour guide and he was amazing! we rode around boogies and went to a beautiful cenote then relaxed on a beach!

Miguel was best guide there, whole trip is 4 hours and driving buggies is the best part, you get to see the beach, and cacao plants which is mid. Loved the drives though

We booked this excursion last year and it was a lot more pleasant. This round it felt aggressive in the sense that from the moment we arrived to the ranch, there were people trying to sell us things. When we got to the beach, we were surrounded by people trying to sell us things. My daughter and i walked to the water, a man followed a few minutes later telling us our group was leaving.. so we rushed out of the water only to realize he was walking us to his table to showcase what he was selling. We will not be returning to this beach, and will most definitely not do this excursion again. It was overwhelming and it felt like it was more about “grabbing a tourist and selling them something fast” rather than us enjoying the ride.

Really fun experience we did buggies , Macao beach & cenote cave. I recommend bringing your own face mask to wear to cover your hair/face because you will get dirty.

Stopping at the Maaco Beach. The buggies need to be updated. They were using a battery to start some of the buggies, brakes didn't work, stop working in mid ride and steering was hard. One of my cousins ran into a fence due brakes failing. To many people in group, no cleaning of helmets between groups and the multiple stops. Next time I will chose a company with less stops more of riding.

They were disorganized and our cart kept shutting off. The guide was rude and yelled at the whole group a lot.

I had the time of my life at the age of 64 with two of my daughter in laws. We had mud EVERYWHERE! The experience was amazing and the tour guides were always right there to assist! They were great. No issues here! Pure fun, laughter and Mud!

Staff was very helpful and friendly . Had a great time. Transportation was exactly arrive the time they say they would be there.

Too many companies doing the same so your bumper to bumper and not really able to run the buggie. Majority are golf carts but not many atv. Definitely dusty and the staff is so rude only consisting of men. They don’t reply to messages here directly and take forever so contact them through whatsap. Can’t get in the beach because of tide and always rushing you after trying to sell you things. Cave swim , too many people so you can’t get in and the line is super long and only 10 min there. No food no dances no meals or places to buy food. Not very well organized as you can’t individually follow a trail because of so many people. This would be with many companies. buggie broke down and had to wait for staff so these are not ran very well and saw many more broken down. Overall you at least get a tour of the area but kids always coming begging for money and water making this not enjoyable.

Overall was great, Dune buggie died a few times then just switched us out to a new one. Everything was smooth sailing from the beach, to Cafe and coco tasting, and finished off with cave swimming.

This was an AMAZING experience! I booked this excursion for a group of 10 and we all had such a great time. The pickup van is a little sketchy as it was dark and didn't have windows, but if you can look past that, you're in for a fun day. We drove from the meeting point to a market place where they gave us delicious samples of coffee, hot chocolate, and mamajuana, then the cenote for a quick swim, and finally to Macao beach and back to the original point. We got VERY dirty but we loved it. Whole excursion lasted ~3.5 hours. Charlie was an awesome tour guide; he was fun(ny), knowledgeable, and let us do a lot of driving. Arisleidy was very good at communicating as well; she helped coordinate the pickup details and even had the driver deliver a phone we had forgotten in the van within 15 mins of finding it. To the team: thank you all so much for making our vacation so memorable! Would definitely recommend to friends/family and book again!

Booked because of the rating and destinations included but ended up being angry cause in the website it said “Bavaro Beach” but there was no tour to that place at all. Not to mention the terrible conditions and mechanics of the buggy assigned to us. The experience itself was fun enough to not give 0 stars. It’s sad to say, but expect to be disappointed in some way and book only if you’re fine with all the above.

Stay away!! Do not use this company. There are many others that you can use. They picked me up outside my resort and I was told by the company that their truck was too big, yet I saw many other vehicles the same size who picked up passengers at the resort. We finally arrived and the buggies we used should have been junked years ago. I had to get jump started every time I had to turn of tue buggy. The steering wheel shifted in and out. We requested a different buggy, but was told the others were more money, yet other people n our group were given them. The worst part was trying to get back to the resort. The driver didn’t know where we were going, so he drove around dropping other people off after passing our resort. So we of course had to go back. A 20 minute trip to need up taking an hour. I originally requested a refund when they texted me the night before to tell me that I had to wait outside the resort. I called the Viator support number and after 45 minutes, was basically told I had to provide proof that the company told me that I had to wait for them outside the resort. They of course refused to refund my money! I was celebrating my birthday and this experience almost ruined it for me. I will never use this app again. I will book at the resort from now on.

The buggy experience was good experience for the family especially families with older kids as they get to drive their own buggy. A good way to see local culture. Driving the buggies will require some effort to steer and brake, ie if your kids are soft I.e it’s not like the luxury cars your kids have. Staff is friendly and they picked us up and dropped us off outside our hotel. PS you will get dirty bring sunglasses and a gaiter to cover your mouth or you can purchase them onsite.

Picked up in a cattle cart. Buggy broke down. Most other buggies pumping out blue smoke were on the verge of breaking down. Replacement buggy went faster with my foot off the gas. It could barely go uphill. Macau beach appears to be a dumping ground for water plastic bottles. The resort beach is nicer. Felt harassed to purchase things, photos, coffee, cigars, beer etc. I get it, it's a business but they don't need to be so in your face about it. We had a good laugh about how poor it was. Added this to our list of "Things not to do again!"

EVEN THOUGH ITS SAYS THEY PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION, CALL THEM TO CONFIRM THAT THEY WILL PICK YOU UP AT YOUR LOCATION. EVEN IF THE LOCATION IS LISTED, THEY WILL NOT PICK UP/DROP OFF AT THAT LOCATION. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU!!!! We were so excited to see that the bus picks up right in front of where we stayed. We received a reminder text the night before with no pick up time. So when I messaged them back to find out the time of pick up, they texted me back and told me that they no longer pick up at that location even though it clearly says it on the website til this day. So if I did not message them the NIGHT BEFORE, we would have waited for them outside of the location with no one to pick us up. So we had to catch an UBER. Then at the end of the excursion, the bus was going to drop us at the closest gas station, but the DRIVER JUST DROPPED US OFF ANYWHERE!!!!! So we had to call for an UBER to get us back to our location. I messaged them to tell them and no one replied. We also PAID for both photos and videos and ONLY received photos and no video even after notifying them. Save your money and take pics with your phone. My phone pics came out clearer then the ones they sent me.

Buggy ride was very nice! Cave and beach where not so nice. A lot of vendors who won’t accept no… also the trip has to be with waterbottles, unfortunately there weren’t any. So had to buy one at the cave. Very unfortunate because we didnt bring our own bottles because it would be included in the trip. So thats a little false advertisement, bring water because youre gonna need it!!
