I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was so good I had to. From pick up to the whole day of activities and drop off where a breeze… the staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the activities were so organized. First time in the Dominican Republic and this was definitely one of my favorite days.

I would have given a 5 star however I did not because they allow smoking on premise and during activities. I don't think that is good for the animals and fellow customers who do not smoke. The staff was awesome, engaging and knew how to move a crowd. The picture package offered is overpriced however the photographer was engaging as well. We had a great time however the 3 smokers dampened our experience. I did however enjoy my day

Our tour guide, Cassu, was very kind and energetic. We did the buggys, zip line, cave dive and horse back riding, with a show and lunch included. It was incredible ! No complaints ! Would highly recommend

All the experience was so good! All the activities included was safe, we always had a guide or other professional with us. The lunch food was perfect!! I really recommend to pass a whole day there, is pretty fun! The staff is always smiling and kind. I also recommend pay for the pictures, there are places that we can't use our phone like in the zip line. Muchas gracias Sexycaso y Sexy Chocolateee!!

Lots of fun especially the cave

All of the SEXY STAFF was fantastic. They work hard so that you can have the best experience. They make it fun and entertaining and give you a lot of information also. Anyone who comes to Punta Cana should take this tour.

As someone who travels often and enjoys doing different activities on my trip I can honestly say this is worth every penny; it’s a mixture of culture & learning, adrenaline (buggies & zip lines) as well as partying and water activities. The day itself has everything you can ask for. I went with my family 7x of us age range between 40 to 5 years and everyone had a great time, even the teens too! The food was good, the day was well organised including time management- although we did a lot, it didn’t feel rushed. The team were exceptional!! If you’re visiting Punta Cana I’d recommend this activity for anyone— think you get everything in one day. One thing to be aware of is when we arrived we felt pushed to buy thing we didn’t necessarily need in the end. Those coming, bring water shoes, glasses/ goggles and a light scarf for the dust when doing the buggies. The pictures were really good quality for our group we paid 155 usd but that was a larger group - just to keep in mind but they’re worth it!

We booked as a family of four — two adults and two children — and unfortunately I don’t think the experience represents good value for money. The tour is split into several activities, but you take part alongside large groups of approximately 30–40 people. As a result, you spend far more time waiting for everyone else than actually doing the activities themselves. Photo package: If you want the professional photos, be aware of the sales approach. We were told before the activities started that the package would cost around $150, and that if we didn’t buy it then, individual photos would cost $30 each afterwards. It felt like unnecessary pressure to commit before you had even experienced the activities. Payments: They add approximately 15% when paying by credit or debit card, which they told us was tax. This was the only attraction or venue we visited where we experienced this. Also be careful when paying in Dominican pesos, as prices are quoted in USD and then converted back into pesos using their own exchange rate, which was not particularly favourable. Monkey/parrot photos: This was the part I found most unacceptable. Inside the park there are handlers with monkeys and parrots who approach families for photographs. We were initially led to believe this was included. The animals were then placed into the children’s hands and afterwards the handlers aggressively demanded around $20 per person. You expect this sort of tourist hustle in some public areas, but not inside an attraction where you have already paid a significant admission price. Parents should be particularly cautious because once the animals are placed with the children, you are immediately put under pressure to pay. Buggies: Probably the biggest disappointment. Because the group is so large, you spend much of the experience crawling along in a convoy rather than actually enjoying the buggies. Several buggies broke down during our trip and the vehicles generally appeared very heavily used. More concerning was the condition of some of the safety equipment. Seatbelts were damaged and my partner effectively had to be tied into the buggy because the restraint wasn’t functioning properly. In an emergency, I would have been very concerned about how quickly she could have got out. Goggles and bandanas are also not included. We were quoted around $20 for goggles and $5 for a bandana. Zip lines: It took approximately 45–60 minutes just to get the group harnessed and ready. There are around five zip lines covering the main area. The children enjoyed them, so this was one of the better parts of the day, but if zip lining is the main reason you’re booking, there are much better dedicated options available. Horse riding: This was concerning. A number of the horses appeared to be in poor condition and we saw animals with what appeared to be visible/open wounds. It made us uncomfortable participating. Cave swimming / cave party: This was actually quite enjoyable and the DJ inside the cave was a nice touch. Unfortunately it was extremely crowded because, by this point, several groups had been combined together. The guides: The guides were easily the best part of the experience. They have the difficult job of trying to keep very large groups of people together and moving between activities, and they worked extremely hard throughout the day. They were friendly, had plenty of jokes and genuinely tried to make the experience enjoyable. Our criticisms are really about how the attraction itself is organised and operated, rather than the guides, who did a great job with what they had to work with. Overall cost: On top of the approximately £350 admission cost for a family of four, I would realistically recommend bringing another £200–£300 in cash if you expect to buy photos, goggles, bandanas, drinks, tips or get caught by the additional photo/animal charges. The extra costs mount up very quickly once you’re inside. Overall, there are some enjoyable elements — particularly for children — but the experience is badly undermined by huge group sizes, excessive waiting, additional charges, aggressive upselling and questionable safety standards. For the amount this attraction costs, I expected a much more organised, professional and premium experience. I wouldn’t book it again.

Review for Sexy Castle & Sexy Chocolate We had such an amazing experience with Sexy Castle and Sexy Chocolate! From beginning to end, they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and informative. They took the time to explain each part of the excursion, making sure everyone understood what to expect and felt comfortable before moving on to each activity. Throughout the entire experience, they continued to check on us periodically to make sure everyone was doing okay and that no one was left behind. You could truly tell that they cared about everyone having a great time and feeling included. What stood out the most was how welcoming they were. They treated us like family rather than just guests, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. Their energy, professionalism, and genuine care made the excursion unforgettable. Thank you, Sexy Castle and Sexy Chocolate, for making our experience so fun, comfortable, and memorable! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing excursion!

Everyone who helped us at the park (and I mean everybody) was an absolute delight. No one made us feel like a burden or silly for asking us questions. Their primary concern was that we were safely having a great time time and everyone anticipated our needs and were patient with us. The main group guides had nicknames with "sexy" at the beginning (ex. Sexykasu or Sexycappuccino) and they were so kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. I went with my family. We got assigned to a group with a "sexy" guide and did an introductory dance and got a brief history and agricultural lesson. Later, we did some ziplining, very muddy but exciting buggy riding, horseback riding (which I didn't partake in for personal reasons), enjoyed a Taino show and a delicious lunch buffet with an assortment of awesome Dominican food like specialty chicken, rice, beans, pasta, veggies, salad, local desserts, etc. At the end, we had a little cave rave in the pool and a dance party. Finally, our "sexy" guides helped us get to our hotel shuttles safely. All in all, it was Domitai Park that was the highlight of my trip! Highly recommend.

It was a pleasant experience overall; however, the animal abuse I witnessed during the horseback ride was horrible. I saw horses that were completely emaciated and exhausted, being struck, with visible wounds; they were thin and in poor condition. I do not recommend this activity for these reasons just think about the horses before ride them.

Everything was amazing!!! Buggies, horseback riding, zip line, cenote and many shows..The amount of people they serve and take care of with such smoothness and and ease is refreshing to see. Extremely organized and always on time. Transportation included with amazing communication and smooth ride. The package includes lunch which was a Dominican style Buffett with more than enough food and kind service. Tour guides were very informative and knowledgeable. Will definitely book when we return.

my experience here was very nice. I had a good time there and I would definitely recommend. Although, when it was time to leave they stationed us on the wrong bus and we didn’t realize. It was a very scary situation but luckily the driver was very understanding even though we had to pay him extra money just to take us to our drop off point which was very frustrating . Other than that, the food was great, the people were great, it was a pretty good experience.

Encountered some minor issues with transportation but overall a great experience! There were many things to do at the park!

Very disappointed with trip. Not advised as to footwear required for swim in cave ( 4* $25 extra per person to buy swim shoes), no eye or face protection provided for buggies (4* $25 per person for goggles), refused to participate in horse riding due to appalling state and health of horses. Have raised independent complaint to hotel. Day very focused on hard selling goods and additional services. In summary- total RIP OFF.

Sexykasu was an amazing host and leader! She made the whole experience fun and funny and we felt safe with every excursion! This park was definitely worth of money and you get to experience a lot in the food is good that they feed you! Zip lining ATV riding swimming, and food was definitely worth the experience! Definitely recommend to book! Make sure to bring clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty

First issue was the pick up, driver was on the phone looking at the internet while driving. Second issue was they had us in a small van and on our third stop to pick up more people, they had a total of 8 people waiting. They made us get out the van in the heat multiple times trying to figure out how to squeeze everyone in the van. The driver was rude, unprofessional and reckless. When we arrived to the location they had a huge crowd of people, the grouped over 30 of us together on an excursions. Huge group! When we arrived we were hurded like cattle to the gift shop where we had to pay, it was very hectic and unorganized. I paid for 3 people, we were then guided to the rest of the gift shop where we purchased water shoes, bandanas etc. while I was shopping the young lady I had just paid came back and stated she did not charge me correctly and needed to charge me again. I did not want to make a fuss and looked at my account I saw I was charged a lesser amount than expected. So I trusted her to get it correctly a second time. I was charged and then we were rushed because she held us up. We couldn’t get googles or anything to protect my eyes. Because of the huge group the experience was very slow, all the activities were rushed and congested. We ended the excursions with group party which was nice. Now here is the larger issue, I’m at my resort and I receive a call two days later stating they charged me incorrectly AGAIN and I need to pay them another amount for a third time, spending the day trying to figure out why and how much, lack of understanding due to language barriers. This has been a quite frustrating experience and I feel taken advantage of. I would never do this excursion again and I would not recommend anyone else deal with it. Please proceed either way caution or pay in advance! They are no organized at all, and very unprofessional

Our family had a great time. We weren't sure if we were going to get our money's worth, but we absolutely did. The guides were extremely fun and easy going. They made sure everyone was on the same page and was enjoying themselves. All of the activities were very family friendly and entertaining! The only thing I would suggest is that you should DEFINITELY wear some sort of aquatic shoe in the cave pool. The bottom is jagged stone and protruding rocks. Other than that, its a 9.9/10 for us.

I’m so glad we booked the Domitai Adventure Park tour—it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The park offers so many activities, including buggies, horseback riding, ziplines, a cave party with a DJ, a carnival, an open bar, and lunch, so there was never a dull moment. We were on Team Iguanas, and our guide, Daniel “Sexy Chocolate,” truly made the experience unforgettable. He was amazing, fun, engaging, and kept everyone laughing and having a great time throughout the day. The cave party with the DJ was such a unique and exciting experience, and the carnival at the end was outstanding! The music was great, the atmosphere was full of energy, and it was the perfect way to wrap up an action-packed day. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for adventure, great entertainment, and an unforgettable experience. I would absolutely do it again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved EVERYTHING from start to finish!! Nothing but fun!! All of the staff was very friendly, FUN & helpful!! We’re actually planning to make this an annual trip for our family! 10/10!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

Overall good experience. Guides are friendly, helpful, and engaging. Zip lines are short but fun. My kiddos enjoyed the horseback riding. Be prepared to get dirty on the dune buggy ride. Lunch was some of the best Dominican food we had in the resort area. The cenote water was cold. They had a Dj inside the cenote. Lastly, as the title of this post states, beware of the guys with the macaws! They encourage you to take a picture with the birds but never tell you the price! ITS NOT FREE. They wanted $80 for pictures taken with 7 of us. They said they normally charge $20 for pictures per person but after they saw that I was upset because they didn’t tell my wife about the price per picture they said they’d drop it to $50….but still charged me $70! I would’ve gave the business a higher rating but I believe they know about this behavior and possibly allow it. They should be more forthcoming about the price or even post a sign.

The tour was great. The guides had great energy and the activities all were handled well and safely. My favorite activity was the horseback riding and exploring the cave. Would definitely recommend coming.

This trip was so fun!! It’s definitely hot out so bring some water but it was educational as well as a blast. The tour guides were so full of personality.

A must-do experience if you visit Punta Cana, this fun park combines a bit of culture with entertainment. Excellent local cuisine and a party in a cave that's not to be missed.

Excellent tour , 100% with the money . The photographer Dauri made sure to capture pictures in the whole tour, and the quality of the pictures amazing. The food was such a big highlight, it feel like grandma cooked for us.

Awesome day trip with some even cooler people. The staff felt like one big family that had invited us to join them for a day. Activities and food were incredible! Highly recommend!

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing the staff was very interactive and extremely knowledgeable. We’ve done a lot of these excursions and this was by far my favorite one. You got to do so much and for the price it was extremely worth it. I would recommend this to everyone and I will be back. The whole day was filled with activities. Also the lunch exceeded my expectations.

The experience was great. I did the full day excursion. The guides spoke both Spanish and English very well.
