We had a full day adventure! Our guide, Baldy was excellent. He shared his vast knowledge about everything we experienced on the trip. He was the perfect tour guide! Our driver, Reyes m, he was always smiling and assisting us. We felt very safe with his excellent driving skills! We all had a great day and learned so much about the people and culture of Punta Cana😁

Our tour guide Gary n his driver were informative polite n treated us with care (4 Senior Citizens) Gary was very knowledgeable about the history of DR n its people n traditions. Extremely personable friendly n respectful. Our driver was also helpful getting on n off the vehicle. He was a good n careful driver. We enjoyed our full day outing!! Thank you Gary for answering all our questions.

We had a fabulous time today with our guide Amado and the Best driver ever!!! We enjoyed hanging out with the team. But most of all, we enjoyed lunch with Marie and her family. Thank you. We will be back again with my group of 16 people.

Our tour guide Angel was the perfect balance of knowledgeable and charismatic providing information on the history of the island and answering questions with some light humour keeping everyone engaged. Our driver Alberto was not only a fantastic driver but also kept us all topped up on drinks throughout the day! This trip is a fantastic opportunity to experience some of the parts of the island that you wouldn’t normally see if you didn’t venture out and shouldn’t be missed whilst here.

Great day out - Ramon the driver was great and navigated the potholes very well and was extremely friendly. Carlos Santana was a great guide, very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. The trip was great with various activities including horse riding, visiting the basilica cathedral, Maria ‘s house, cigar factory and much more. Excellent value for money and worth visiting the areas outside the resort

We had the best day out with our guide Angel. He was very informative and friendly. It was the best cultural experience to get us an insight into local life in the Dominican Republic. Casa mama house for information on the origins of coffee and caoco, cigar making were all part of the experience

Booked this excursion on our honeymoon. Our guide Angel was amazing, his knowledge and passion for his country and heritage was felt throughout the whole trip. He has a great sense of humour and made our experience excellent. We also enjoyed and appreciated our driver Caesar, who also had a great sense of humour and energy. He got us everywhere we needed to go safely. Would highly recommend this tour to learn about the culture with this dynamic duo!

This trip was fantastic! Something for everyone! Angel was our guide and he was PHENOMENAL!!! He was knowledgeable, honest, interesting, and passionate about his country, and we hung on every word he said. And his sense of humor was like no other!!! He truly made this experience special for us. You are blessed to have him as an employee of your company, and we were blessed to have him as our guide!

The safari car ride is horrible, and the bathrooms are disgusting. . Ladies room has no toilet tissue,place to eat there are flies everywhere.

We booked trough Excellence Punta Cana an all inclusive resort. The resort was amazing, our tour guides Eddy and Freddy were absolutely the best! Super friendly, helpful. Knowledgeable and so caring. I have breathing issues and they went out of their way to make the experience just as perfect for me as everyone else. Cannot say enough about how great the excursion was!!!

This was a great way to get to know more about the Dominican Republic. Our tour was lead by Angel and he was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. I would definitely recommend this to other people visiting Punta Cana

On August 24, 2026; my wife and I took the country side tour with this company, which started very nice, they picked us up at our resort in an air conditioned mini bus and took us to the meeting point to transfer to the safari transport. The meeting point was 15 minutes away and everything started smooth and the mini bus driver told us that upon returning form the tour we will be transported back in a similar mini bus to our hotel. The first stop at a coffee and cacao farm was really nice and we enjoyed it very much. From there, it started to go south, our tour guide started to ignore our questions and request all in favor of giving more attention to a group of German tourists (he spoke fluent German and thought very highly of himself, because he spoke 4 languages, I guess a rarity in the DR). The rest of the tour through the town of Higuey was not as expected, very dirty town, nothing to really see, except a short stop at a church.The next stop to eat lunch was good, again the tour guide ignore my wife's request to get a cold coconut from a nearby stand, however; the lunch was surprisingly very good. From there we departed to go horse backriding(if it can be called that). This was a 10 minute ride around the small perimeter of country side farm houses, which basically the horses knew their way around without the need for the rider to guide them, not enjoyable at all. We were then rushed to the public beach at Macao, which really was a nice beach but to get there you have to go through a path littered with garbage on both sides, which is a shame because there is a manglar area which is vital to the ecosystem and it is choked off and dying, the resort beach was definetely better than this. We are now taken to our meeting point to head back to the resort and a few of the passengers were loaded into their mini buses and some of us were told that we will be taken back to our resort in the safari truck.T his truck was great for the country side but not city driving and when I requested to be dropped of first, we were told that we had to follow their route, so insead of being a 15 minute ride back to the resort it was an additional hour after the truck went to the furthest resorts first only to turn around and drop us off. On our way back, with just my wife and I in the truck, the tour guide flagged down a minibus from th same company and requested that driver to wait for him at the next light so that he could get on board ride home in comfort while leaving us in the back of the truck by ourselves. When we arrived at the resort , the driver was very apologetic and he confessed that the company did not organized the return adequately and that all tourist should have been transferred back to their respective resorts in mini buses and not a safari truck. also, the tour guide baling on us for his convinience of taking a ride home was also a violation of company policies. He should have stayed in the truck until we arrived at the resort. Needless, to say that , I also filed a complain with the tour company inside the resort that I booked the trip with. From my perspective, I will never use this company again, however, I will return to the Dominican Republic as the resort staff was outstanding and so was the complete experience.

Our tour guide “Sexy Papi #6” was very wonderful! He was energetic and was able to tell us all about the culture and lifestyle of the Dominic Republic, coffee making, cigar making and even the wildlife around the plantation of Marias House. He was very knowledgeable and would recommend him as a guide.

They did not contact me prior to verify when pickup time is. Very unprofessional and non communicative. Would not book with them again.

It was a great experience. Everything was included in the price. Pickup at 745 returned at 4pm, 8 hours total. Friendly passengers, laidback atmosphere. Only 16 people onboard so comfortable seating. Poppy 6 and driver were excellent with a disability they helped me in and out of the carrier. Poppy explained everything in several languages so everyone could know what was happening. A open carrier, a little more walking than expected and beware of the bumpy roads. ☀️

My hubby and I had an amazing time. A great day of experiences from learning about chocolates and coffees to lunch buffets and beaches. Sexy Pappy was full of information and was very attentive. He was funny and kind. Pinky was a great driver and we felt very safe during the drive. They showed so much courtesy and friendliness. A great time!!!

The travel guides Gary and Felix were excellent, provided a lot of information and made the tour very engaging. It starts quite early in the morning, but is extremely worthwhile.

Here’s a brief, fun version: 🇩🇴🌴 We had such an amazing time exploring a different side of the DR on our countryside safari tour! We started with horseback riding 🐎, visited the cathedral, tried our hand at cigar rolling, and enjoyed some delicious local food—the stewed chicken was definitely my favorite! 😋 We also visited a local family farm before ending the adventure at the beach. 🌊 It was a LONG day, but our tour guide Angel and driver Emilio were AMAZING—answering all our questions, sharing so much about the culture, and keeping the party going the entire time! 😂🎶 Definitely recommend this tour if you want to get outside the resort and experience another side of the island! 🇩🇴❤️

We had a wonderful experience! The tour was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. Our guide, Gregory, was outstanding. He shared so many fascinating historical facts and interesting details, answered every question and kept the whole group entertained with his great sense of humor. A big thank you as well to our driver, Cesar, for making the trip smooth and comfortable. One of the highlights of the day was the visit to the cocoa and coffee farm. Doña María and her family welcomed everyone with incredible warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. It was fascinating to see how cocoa and coffee are grown and processed. They have a great selection of local products, including natural cocoa like ground, pressed, sweetened, and unsweetened, body and lip oils, and many other handmade items. Overall, it was an amazing tour that I would highly recommend!

Baldy and the driver Hulbany were excellent tour guides. My party had 17 family members. The guides were knowledgeable and patient with the group. The showed us the real Dominican Republic outside of the resort. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to learn about the island

We love our tour guides Baldy and Hulbany. They treated us like we were family and took us on the trip of a lifetime. It was historical as well as informative and never a dull moment.

Amazing tour guide kept me relaxed and happy but varies depending on your personality, im calm so i enjoyed many things from afar but the drive was fun and the views were beautiful. Highly recommend!
