HQT was on top of our transfer. Their comminucation was great. When we arrived at the airport it was pouring rain. The driver maneuvered the shuttle out of the rain so we stayed dry. He got us to the resort safely and as quick as possible. The driver on the way to the airport was also very good. I appreciated that he was even early so we didn't have to wait.

The first thing when arrived was to tell us that was an error and we need to pay additional $120 for the round trip PCana-Bayahibe. I was very specific with the hotel name when booked online from USA and it was $60 the round trip, which i paid online. Great surprise at arrival! The local company blamed the website or else, but the info online was totally wrong. However, after paying, the drivers were very punctual and great. But management not so much...

Pick up area was not clearly defined. Also, the day of travel, they required an additional $60 payment. The reason given was that the resort destination was further even though I stated the resort destination when I booked the ride. Plus, the payment was required when I got in the vehicle and they would not accept a credit card, only cash. Nice people but a terrible way of doing business. Basically, bait and switch. The ride was very nice and the driver, Henry, was polite and friendly.

Once you’re outside of the airport in the transportation loading area, It is pure chaos! Everyone is trying to get you to ride their vehicle. Taxi drivers and company transport reps lined up with passengers all crowded in the area. Once I found my rep, we had to wait due to the long line of vehicles. While waiting, taxi drivers are hustling for business. Due to the hustling, our rep got upset and took our bags and had us follow her down the street to our transport vehicle, then expected a tip and payment for the increase she imposed because she said our resort was further out than the booking originally purchased. Now…once on the transport, the ride was good! Just the hustle before that was Krazy! I’ll recommend, but in a nutshell it’s all the same unless you book a premium transport. Just be prepared!

Unbelievable downpour during our 1.5 hour drive to our hotel. Driver expertly and safely got through the rain We needed some medicine and driver found a pharmacy open on Easter Sunday! In our excitement a small black bag with passports was forgotten in the van, noticed only when the driver had left. Viator arranged to contact him and he kindly returned the bag to us within the hour. What an exciting Day One of our 24 day holiday!!!

I highly recommend HQT. The team reached out a few days before our trip to confirm our reservation and provide helpful tips for navigating the airport. They had a sign with my name on it and the representative walked us over to our driver. Our driver was friendly, professional and we reached our resort safely. For the return trip, the team reached out the day before and confirmed our pick up time. Our driver was friendly, professional and punctual. For both trips, we were the only passengers. The van and SUV were clean. We arrived to the airport timely and HQT eliminated any stress for our transportation needs.
Hotel pick up was fantastic. All three drivers for each of us were on time, professional and friendly. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for the van to navigate airport traffic to take us from the airport to the hotel, but otherwise it was excellent. Fair price, private transfers in a/c cars with direct transfer to our destination. Highly recommend.
We had a little trouble finding the right company at the airport, there are so many and it is confusing. There was a bit of a wait for our driver, maybe 15 minutes, but then the transfer went smoothly.

First time to Punta Cana but not to DR. Everything went well but was a little confusing about location of pickup at airport. Airport is bigger than what I was expecting. As vendor indicated just ask where HQT is located and people glad to point that out to you. Would use them again.
Arranged for pickup and return to PUJ going to Breathless ahead of time. The airport was very busy but we got thru and to our van fairly fast. Both drivers were great. Pickup was punctual. I asked for an earlier pickup and they made the change quickly even though it turned out we were very early to the airport. Thanks DAT!
Service was as advertised. Only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 is that the return trip to airport was not communicated well. The Viator app didn't show any bookings for the return trip. In fact it showed 0 bookings. I emailed HQT for more information about when we could expect to be picked up the day of our return but never heard back from them. I then called them a few days later and they told me I would get a text the day before with all the information needed. If they would have communicated that up front it would have avoided my anxiousness about getting back to the airport
