Coco Bongo Punta Cana Gold Member Skip The Line Entrance Ticket

I recently visited Coco Bongo in the Dominican Republic, and it was an incredible experience! The energy inside the building was absolutely insane, and the performances were phenomenal. There are some truly talented performers, and the entire show kept us entertained from beginning to end. The service was also excellent, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend visiting if you're in the Dominican Republic! One tip: It's absolutely worth skipping the line and purchasing the Gold Member tickets. The upgrade is well worth it! Overall, a fantastic experience and a must-do while visiting the Dominican Republic!

Not worth the money especially if you Are traveling from the USA they only played 30 minutes of black music the other 4.5 hours was Spanish music. Also the drinks are super water downed

Coco bongo was great and we highly recommend booking the gold membership tickets to avoid the queues and being stuck on the ground floor packed in like sardines. With the gold membership you get a table, seat and personal bar tender. Also great views of the stage.

The show few years ago was amazing. Now is videos and 3 seconds of performance is not what is was. I am so disappointed.

I'll be honest I initially thought the price was steep upon booking it, but it was something my wife wanted to do, so we booked anyway! And ill admit I was wrong, it was well worth the money. Absolutely great show and night had by both of us. The bar runners always had another drink infront of me before my glass was empty. Not sure ive ever been as drunk! When I say the show was great I mean 1st class! If we ever find ourselves in the Dominican it would be the first thing I got booked!

Definitely worth the money for the unique experience you get! This is must do if you visit DR Punta Cana. Don’t skip this activity!

Wow, what an evening! The Coco Bongo show was brilliant. We paid the extra for the golden tickets, which we were pleased about as it meant that we had a seat. The drinks were included and a snack meal too. The drinks took a while to come, but they tried their best as it was so busy. The show was amazing! The transport was brilliant. Very prompt and there were people outside of Coco Bongo ready to help at the end of the night. Buses left at 1:30am as stated.

Super fun , we got the GOLD VIP ticket , went for my boyfriends birthday and the experience was amazing !!! Everything went smooth from pickup to drop off and instructions once we arrived were very clear which I appreciated , we had no trouble getting to our section and seats as well as finding our shuttle back to the hotel , everything went smooth which is what you want when traveling to a different country

What an absolutely spectacular experience! We celebrated our son's 19th birthday at Coco Bongo, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The performances, music, energy, and atmosphere were beyond amazing from start to finish. A huge thank you to our server, Aneudi, who made the night even more special. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, professional, and always one step ahead, making sure our drinks and snacks were never empty. His exceptional service made us feel truly welcomed and helped create unforgettable memories for our family. If you're in Punta Cana, Coco Bongo is an absolute must! The tickets are overpriced. The seats are uncomfortable. The food is garbage and the show is too long, with no theme. Not worth the money for the premium seating. I was seated right behind the camera man and he kept bothering me to move. It was very annoying.

Transportation was not provided and had to go with a taxi who said we would be reimbursed at the ticket counter and we were not. The woman at the stand Laura was rude and had a nasty attitude. Not helpful at all. Kept telling me Transportation was not a part of my ticket when I know that it was. She kept trying to insist it was my fault that it was poorly communicated. Would never go again. Also drinks were nasty and the snack provided. Would not recommend paying for gold status ticket.

Sadly it’s gone downhill. The shot girls are disgusting and only care about getting your money, blowing a whistle in your ear every 5 minutes to try and get you to buy shots. When we asked her to leave us alone and said we weren’t interested she tried to get security to throw us out. The show, however, is fantastic, but it’s really let down by the pushy sales tactics - the shot girls need to understand that no means no.

It was horrible, I would advise not to book with trip advisor, wasted a entire evening waiting for the scheduled pick to find out that they weren't coming.. Called and they told me to take a taxi, after paying 335.00 for a V.I.P. experience including transport. Horrible experience, and all trip advisor customer service said was..we will process a refund. 😪

The overall experience was amazing. Friendly staff. On time pickup. The food wasn’t great but the drinks were good and continuous. The show was amazing. 10/10 experience.

It wasn’t that great of an experience , Super crowded, we cannot get in. You can barely get your free snack…if you pay for standard the drinks are on point !!! but there will only be standing room. Even a fight broke out while we were there because we couldn’t get food.

Brilliant show shame that after show we were soaked to our skin having been caught in a down pour searching for our driver to take us back to the hotel. We were told that our transport company was one that was very disorganised. We got back to the hotel almost a 40 minutes later than scheduled totally drenched and shivering.

Love it so much that I'm taking a group of 5 this coming June 2026 with the same company that I got my tix.

The “food” served for this price is tuna sandwiches, grilled cheese, bar S hot dogs, and burgers. The workers were extremely rude. There is no private entrance to the VIP, so you have to push through the crowd to get to where you’re supposed to sit. Not worth the money.

Great fun, glad we booked Gold tickets as plenty space to move & also had a seat to sit down if needed & somewhere to put drinks. Show was amazing & drinks were free flowing, definately worth the money

SOMEONE MIGHT VOMIT ON YOU BE WARNED! I PAID $200 USD FOR VIP TREATMENT AND GOT VOMITED ON!!! I missed most of the show because of the vomit so idk if it was great or not..... I stared this night fresh and clean (see pictures)! You can see I'm a Proud Black Woman ready to experience the DR.... smh First issue we over paid 11,768.00 DOP Per person to receive subpar support from Coco Bongo after one of their guest (NON VIP) vomited on me from above like a disgusting shower. HOOOOWWW? My drinks, phone, food, bag and passport were ruined!!!!!! MY PASSPORT IS DAMAGED AND SMELLS TERRIBLE! I could be STRANDED IN DR if the airport doesn't accept my VOMIT SMELLING PASSPORT. The repeated it wasn't us (coco bongo) but the "woman" who threw up on me as the one who needs to pay you is outrageous. If the drunk woman was responsible... Kicking her out was not a solution to my vomit smelling clothes, jewelry and HAIR!! The drunk woman's information should have been taken to rectify and pay for MY RUINED PROPERTY! if she was the one who is responsible...... Now as a tourist visiting no washing machine available .....I have to pay extra for dry cleaning, pay for jewelry cleaning and pay to have my hair properly washed and re done. I have very thick 4c texture hair and throw up is a very intense process to remove the smell and bacteria. Vomit, feces, saliva and mucus are all BIO HAZARDS that can spread INFECTION and DISEASE... How does VIP get covered in VOMIT? Even the waiter got vomited on I have the whole video said it Goole won't let me post. Coco bongo management needs better training. -No refund -Coco bongo shirt (free promo for them) -Straw hat.... The worst part security GASLIGHT me saying it was just water..but when he smelled my clothes IMMEDIATELY SAID..... Si vomitar... no agua. OBVIOUSLY ITS VOMITAR!

I booked two Gold tickets. I’d read reviews where people said they had issues with the collection so messaged the tour operator via Viator immediately to confirm the travel plans. After 8 hours, there was still no response. I read the description details again and noticed at the bottom it said we had to contact them via a telephone number to arrange transport, which I then did. I rang via Whatsapp but there was no answer. I then messaged and rang again a few minutes later. A man answered and after some back and forth, he advised us a driver would collect us at 7:10pm and to send him our voucher so he could confirm the booking. Around 5:30pm we received a message on Whatsapp to advise that the booking had been declined as it was made after the date and time had expired, and to contact the booking website to request a refund. This was confusing as we had already paid and received the voucher for entry. We managed to get the number for Coco Bongo and messaged them for confirmation of this. They responded to say that the event had been oversold. This was very disappointing. We checked the Coco Bongo website and at this point they were still selling Gold tickets for the same night and other reviewers had also said the event was frequently oversold/over crowded. We are still trying to request a refund as we spent a significant amount of money on the tickets. All in all, a disappointing experience and we would recommend booking weeks in advance to secure the ticket and not via Viator.

The show is good but it is repetitive year after year. We "skipped the line" but there werent many people in the original line so not a great gain. Premium drink package is still cheap alcohol or no alcohol at all. Nothing Premium about it. And inside is very crowded. We had seats which one has to pay almost double to get them and you get a very uncomfortable bar stool and for free you get to rub elbows with an stranger. Extremely crowded. Most people are standing up. We paid $350 for 2 tickets. Without tip. Not worth repeating it. If it was great, I would.
