We used Airport Transportation for our private transportation from the airport to the hotel. They are very detailed oriented, providing enough information to make you feel knowledgeable about the experience. The representatives were nice and friendly. My only disappointment was the quality of the van. Clean but older material that had previous stains and torn fabric.
We were very pleased with their service to and from our resort in Punta Cana. They were prompt, courteous, attentive, and pleasant. They made sure we knew exactly what time to be ready and where to meet and they were right on time and easy to locate at a busy airport. We'd definitely recommend!

Great service the company communicates well and arrived on time to and from the hotel. We had to pay a little extra for the kids see, however, it worked out and it was installed without any reminder. Definitely recommended. Only suggestion is it would be nice to be offered a beverage or snacks upon pick up.
Communication started out well, and we met a representative at the designated airport location. He walked our group down the street to where the minibus was parked, helped to load our luggage, and once we boarded, he left. From that point on, the experience went downhill. The driver did not speak English, which in itself is fine, but there was no effort at communication at all. At one point he held up an iPad to take our picture with no explanation, no smile, and no indication of why he was doing so—just silence, which was uncomfortable and confusing. The driving was extremely concerning. The driver appeared to be struggling to stay awake, with his head bobbing and the vehicle swerving into the opposite lane multiple times. We felt unsafe and tried making noise to keep him alert. We were first brought to the wrong entrance of our hotel and then dropped off without any communication. The minibus itself was also quite run down. Overall, this was a stressful and unsafe experience, and I would not recommend this service.

Easy experience for to/from airport transportation. They use WhatsApp to communicate so make sure you have that on your phone. Very responsive company and was easy to find. Give them a heads up if you know your flight is delayed. Would recommend and would use again!

All in all good but some things can be off putting. Here’s all I went through and hope it helps if you do book! Booked the round trip mini van to hotels in Uvero Alto. Immediately received my confirmation through Viator. Make sure to save this for later. The day before my trip I used the iMessage number provided by the Viator listing to setup my pickup from the airport (the WhatsApp number for me said the number didn’t exist). The day of my trip, once I arrived at the Punta Cana airport I messaged again letting the company (Best Punta Cana Tours & Transfer) know I had landed (I used the airports free wifi to text them). They replied and said to meet by Refugio Cafeteria once I get my bags. After customs and baggage claim, I found the company. Now this is where it gets a little weird. They had a bunch of names listed but I didn’t see mine anywhere, however I showed the guy working my confirmation through Viator and then he said my driver would be there shortly. I waited for 10-15 minutes before he showed up. Once he did, they packed our bags and then took a picture of us (for confirmation purposes). Our driver spoke little to no English but this wasn’t a big problem communicating. The drive to my hotel (Excellence El Carmen) was about 40 minutes. The driving in Punta Cana can be hectic so if you get motion sickness, maybe take something to help before hand. Got to our hotel safe even though it was definitely an experience lol. The day before we had to leave, I received a text to setup a pickup time from our hotel in the morning and provided them our room number (needed to enter the resort). You are given a 10 minute grace period from that pickup time. The driver showed up on time the morning of but was holding up a sign with a completely different name. I just showed them my confirmation through Viator again and they said it was okay. The driver back to the airport was much calmer probably due to it being morning time and less traffic. Overall, I’d use it again especially now I know what to expect. I hope this helps ease the process!
Prompt professional service. Easy communication. Our inbound flight was rescheduled/ rerouted by the airline to avoid bad weather and we arrived 2 hours early. We messaged them before leaving the US and they were waiting for us at PUJ. The return from the resort to the airport was also prompt. My only advice to users is to screenshot the barcode voucher to have easy access to it. They do scan it. Mine completed after the inbound trip and i couldn’t access it for the return. They were able to confirm my booking via ID and there were no issues. Price was much better than the resort offered transfer as well.

All went smooth. They had sent a text around the time of our flight landing at the airport to let me know exactly where to meet them. The directions were detailed and helpful and they were ready and waiting once we got to them. Our driver was very friendly.

Driver was on time, polite, helpful. Cost was reasonable. My only complaint (?) was that I asked for a mini van as I have mobility issues and perhaps their definition of a minivan is different from mine, but there was a fairly large step up into the vehicle, more like an SUV, that I had difficulty with and had to be lifted into the vehicle.
Our plane was delayed 2h because of mechanical issues and they waited around for us despite. Thank you!

Driver was not all that polite and not a fun experience. He got us there safely but the car shocks were bad and the bouncing made my wife a little car sick.

We booked this company for transportation, our first pick up from the airport the driver was so sweet offered us beverages and provided great service. Now our ride back to airport was complete hell the driver was rude and very aggressive. We do not speak very good Spanish we were trying to translate he was very dismissive rolled his eyes at us was not personable at all. We lost our phone and another tour guide was trying to communicate with our driver about where we were being dropped off. The driver was so rude to our tour guide and refused to help us get our phone back. We arrived at airport driver tossed our luggage out the vehicle. I'm so disappointed in this company because the first driver was so amazing and made the start of our trip so wonderful. I will not book this company ever again unless the second driver is removed from this company he brings negative energy and brings the morale of the company down.
Excellent, the same driver happened to pick me up from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport. Was helpful with opening up the car doors, getting luggage. Was seamless and professional.
Would recommend this agency to friends and family. I made my reservation the night before my flight, at 11:30pm and the flight was at 6 am. I got confirmation for my airport transfer right away the next morning. Really easy to locate the driver after you get there. On our way back, we got picked up from the hotel by Christian, he is an amazing guy , very professional and the car was really comfortable and clean. Really good service! 10 out of 10

The Greeter was nice and spoke English....which is a bonus when you are traveling alone and to another Country. The driver did not speak a lick of English...made for a long boring ride. For this reason alone, I wouldn't recommend this company.
