Return transportation to your hotel or designated meeting point. Drop-off times vary depending on guest distribution and traffic conditions.
Fun trip however journey from hotel was loud and no aircon. Guide (JB & Lepe) were good and kept everything running smoothly even in a thunderstorm. Be aware that people will try to sell you stuff every stop

This operator is misleading customers about its advertised free pickup service. Instead of providing the convenience of hotel lobby pickup at Barceló Bávaro Palace, they expected me to walk approximately 10 minutes from the hotel lobby to the security gates for collection, despite the fact that hotel security could easily facilitate access by providing my room number. Even more frustrating, I received pickup information well before the 24-hour cancellation deadline, yet the operator failed to respond to my inquiries or clarify the pickup arrangements until after the cancellation window had expired. This left me with no reasonable opportunity to cancel and receive a refund. The entire situation feels deliberately misleading, with the company using its cancellation policy as a way to avoid taking responsibility while keeping customers’ money. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from booking with this operator. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere

I couldn’t enjoy my experience. People trying to make you buy something every 3 seconds. They don’t understand “no thank you”. It was overwhelming, the ride itself wasn’t fun. The pictures were really nice.

A lot of waiting around at the start, late pick up from hotel by 20 minutes then we got to place an hour wait to get on the actual buggies very un organised, but the rest was fantastic, tasting of local coffee, tea and chocolate then to a beautiful beach, end stop a beautiful cave where you jump in the water. Worth the money definitely a fun day all in all
