Wonderful experience. The beach was beautiful, the water was amazing, the cenote was so cool and our guide Alexis was fantastic.

The guide was good, but overall, this experience was disappointing. There were way too many groups riding at the same time, which made it difficult to actually enjoy the ATVs. We were constantly stopping and waiting for other groups, so there was very little opportunity to ride freely. The three stops along the way were also disappointing. Each stop was overcrowded with other ATV groups, and we were immediately approached by locals trying to sell us things. It was difficult to relax or enjoy the scenery when everything felt so crowded and rushed. Our guide was good, but unfortunately, that was the highlight of the experience. Nothing about the excursion was “great” or particularly memorable in a positive way. Also, be aware that the excursion is approximately 1.5 hours from Cap Cana, which is a significant amount of travel time.

The host was drinking and driving. the people were rude, the travel guide was unsafe by drinking and driving. the neighborhood where the cave was is unsafe and there is no medical on site or anyone to guide you on what to do. the people at the cave have no way to get you up, no steps or anything.

Alexis was so great we had an amazing experience on the ATV adventure to the water cave and Macao Beach! Everything was well organized, and the entire excursion was fun from beginning to end. The guides were friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe while still having a great time. Riding the ATVs was definitely a highlight, and getting to experience the beautiful scenery of the Dominican Republic made it even better. The water cave and Macao Beach were both incredible stops. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Punta Cana and looking for a little adventure. I’d absolutely do it again! 5/5 stars!
