Atv Adventure In Punta Cana

do not book with this company tour was terrible had no time to enjoy anything. Horses on property are in disgusting condition, which is mind blowing to me considering how much they make off people a day. as someone who owns and works with horses they are beyond overworked, mistreated and underfed especially for the amount of work done a day, watched them repeatedly hit a very clearly exhausted horse with a stick when it was already moving at a good pace for a trail horse. extremely overpriced for what you get aTV did not have a working throttle. Atmosphere was very rushed and guides were rude. Crowd was way too large when we booked a private tour. 0 communication before or during either. whole thing felt like a massive scam to get you to spend even more money. Do not recommend this experience to anyone witnessed a dog get beaten and taken out back, extreme shame on your company we want to refund or the review will stay posted.

This was ehhhh. The atvs were in rough shape and one of the ones we had started smoking pretty badly. The tour takes you on main roads to the beach (which is stunning, but the people hound you to purchase things) and the cave was super cool and we really enjoyed the refreshing water in it. After the cave people again try to get you to purchase things pretty aggressively. I didn’t love it.

The driver was 1 hour late, the experience was fine, no toilet paper in any bathroom & basically it’s a sales pitch… every stop they are trying to sell stuff, we never got to taste the cigarets & the Senote was so pack there was now way to go in

The ATV part of the excursion was a lot of fun. However, you are extremely rushed at the beach. It is very beautiful, but you hardly have time to enjoy yourself in the water. Once you get to the cave, you do have more time however it does not quite look like the pictures. It is very cool, but it is very dark. So you do not know, what you are getting into. Some of the ATVs kept dying on their drivers, but they were easily and quickly fixed. Ours was fine the entire trip. Do know that there will be many small children begging for money as you are passing them by. You can either go by quickly or you can give them money if you choose. But there are many. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience for the price.

Was not pleased with the service. Came one hour late didn’t even let me know they were coming late. Kept calling and they kept hanging up. Once get to the ATV they said my booking for 2 only covered 1 ATV!?!? Friend had to come out of pocket and pay again! Annoying! At the end of it we had to take a bus back versus the same method of transportation we took there?!?

Was a blast. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off right back afterwards.We went on a couples trip and decided to try ATV and came across family buggies. It was a great experience the people were friendly, the ATVs were great. The best part was Macao beach beautiful beach. If your hesitant to book please book you won’t be disappointed.

ATV stalling was my most memorable experience! Vehicles need to be replaced; they are old and require maintenance! Hard to enjoy your adventure on the side of the road! Also, we felt rushed at every stop and pressured to spend money; very annoying!

Everything was great experience, horse back riding and boogy rides. Roberta was great and helpful. Recomend to try

Bad buggies and atvs.many buggys stops with problems, mine with empty gas.bad condition and they did not bring helmets to anybody. Not secure

The dune buggy experience was fun but when I booked I booked to have a max of 15 buggies in the group and there was at least 40! Also told bottled water was included yet we had to pay for any beverage. Also when we went to Macao beach the people there were very aggressive trying to sell things and drinks were very expensive!

This entire experience was a disaster. The buggies are constantly breaking down. The locals harass you everywhere you go. The fumes make you lightheaded.

Buggies were breaking down constantly. Hassled by locals. And my brakes did not work. Would not recommend this to anyone.

The staff were friendly enough but pretty disorganized. When the buggies broke down every 10 minutes or so they were quick to either swap your buggy out, or fix it. The sales of stuff from everyone you see got old fast. The buggies are rough and I hope you have strong shoulders and kidneys because they will both be abused. It was an interesting way to see some of the land outside our resort and it will definitely leave a memory but I’d look elsewhere.

Roberto was a fantastic tour guide from beginning to end. He made sure we was safe and he stayed with us on the shopping tour

We had the opportunity to see the beautiful Macao beach, but the entire 20 minute experience was filled with peddlers selling their goods. A couple of dune buggies broke down, but they worked to get them running quickly. We didn't get a talk about how to drive them or that the brakes were sketchy. It should have been a warning sign to us that they were hotwired to start them. The tour guide seemed less than thrilled to be leading our group for this excursion. We made a very brief stop at the cacao and coffee farm, but this was overshadowed by more peddling, then our final stop was working our way through peddlers at the cenote. The scenery was beautiful in the cenote and at the beach. I would read reviews before you go with this company, seemed adventure boogies had better equipment.

The good: the staff was good; when there were issues with the boogies they were prompt to fix it or provide you with another one. They provide a go pro that has very good video quality. The video/photo is available for purchase. It was $100 for both. Probably could talk that price down. The ride was Lots of fun and the photographers along the way were great. The crew didn’t leave anyone behind and they made sure everyone was accounted for. The not so good: the dune boogies are very old so about 5 people had to stop because they either had a dead battery or faulty equipment. My boogie stop 3 times and I had to stop and change vehicles but like I said they are very prompt with getting you up and running again. The helmets aren’t adjustable so it’s not really fit for children with small heads. I would suggest your own helmet with face shield. During the route you stop at a few places. The locals will bombard you as soon as you stop out the boogies. That is very annoying to be hassled to purchase something. There are hagglers along the entire beach, the cave and the small shop and you cannot avoid them. They do give you enough time to look around but you really can’t think because everyone wants you to buy something. They specifically target America’s because they think you have money. Other than the hagglers I enjoyed the experience but I would probably book with your own hotel/resort because the company isn’t allowed to enter the front gate so you will have to meet them outside. When we booked Roberto didn’t know who our contact person was so we’re standing outside the gate looking lost because of the language barrier. Thankfully we figured it out on our own. If you are traveling and not staying in a resort then you should be fine just make sure to request a picture of the contact person

One buggy broke down a few times so the whole entourage had to wait for a long time for it to be fixed. The buggies are not in good condition at all. Then it was a super brief stop at the Macao beach for like 10 minutes max. On top of that, we did not have any "elaboration process" of anything when we arrived at the local shop . When we arrived, the other group was there sitting and listening to the presentation while we were waiting. No instruction was given by the "tour guide". When the other group finished, they did not even sit us down or show us anything. We only took a sample of a tiny cup of coffee and that was the end of it. Honestly, the buggy experience alone was fun and fine, but the other activities that were advertised were literally non existent.

The tour was great but what made it the best experience ever was the tour guide ROBERT, great guy with excellent customer service, will definitely go back in another tour with him.

This was an amazing activity! Highly recommended! Roberto delivered top notch VIP service! He’s friendly and extremely accommodating. We did 2 tours because of his recommendation and he didn’t stare us wrong! Will only use his services upon our return to Punta Cana!!

We did the boogies excursion, we had a perfect time! The service was very professional during all the time! Pick up on time, very good service, everyone was so nice! We went to the typical house, to the naturel cave (it was amazing) and to Macao beach, the best beautiful beach! We recommend it at 100%! Thanks again for everything !

We had a great time riding the Dune Buggies. The staff was really great. Very professional. They picked us up at the airport and made sure we were safe during the dune buggie excursion. We will be back next year and book with them. See you soon guys.
