The group leader “Lucky” was very rude and not friendly or helpful at all. Very bad attitude anytime we had a question or needed help. He was the only person that treated us and others this way from my understanding. Others people complained about him as well. The buggy we had needed an alignment or something it kept jerking the wheel and we ended up getting stuck because of it, (which is very scary when cars or other buggies are on the route) we couldn’t change the gears either. I tried to let lucky and other guys know what was going on but no one listened. The sightseeing was a nice experience and wherever we could actually drive and not getting stopped because others buggies or atv cut off. The cave was super crowded and hard to get down the stairs without the fear or accidentally getting pushed off because so many people are standing around. Some safety measurements and requirements should be in place.. a cool experience just to say we did it but I wouldn’t recommend this particular company for it. Possibly a private excursion like this instead.

This truly was a great experience for the value! Definitely made the DR a memorable experience, so glad my friends and I booked this excursion. We got to do the ATV/Buggy adventure, jump in a 26ft deep cave and go to the beach. We also had a time to taste test some of the things native to the island and shop a little. 10/10 experience. Highly recommended.

Our guide Simpson was great. We had a lot of fun running around buggies and seeing parts of the DR. The cave was a fun stop, shorter than we would like but neat to see. Its also not private at all, so a bit crowded. The midway stop at the plantation is their own shop. Steve, the hype man, was funny and gave a nice overview of the things they make in the area, but its just a shopping stop for their stuff. The beach stop is gorgeous, and a highlight of the trip. All in all worth it!

Hi guys, My children and I had an awesome time. We drove to the Macao beach and booked thr tour from there. The photo guy was great, Wilmy was awesome and my tour guide was Djovany so was very kind the entire time. The prices were reasonable.

It was a very fun excursion, 10/10 The buggy was very good, went through mud, cave and even visited the beach and got to swim in ocean.

If u like the dirty type of adventure, this tour is for you. My husband and I had lots of fun on this buggy tour, from the caves to the beach, everything was great

Govani was amazing an amazing tour guide he waited for us never left us behind and he was very nice and kept us safe. He explained everything well and we had great conversation and he had a beautiful smile happy early birthday to him too. Had so much fun in cave and at the beach.

Everything was great I had so much fun got really dirty. Giovanni was great best guide ever he made the experience memorable.

I will start by saying that trip is absolutely worth going. But do set your expectations that you will be sat around for an hour beforehand while they get everything sorted and try to upsell you photos. Other than that, this is a great experience. Seamless pick up, fun buggy riding (extra fun if you get a tropical downpour). The water cave is great to jump in if not a little short-lived. Macao beach is stunning. Tips: wear clothes you're happy to throw away. We got totally soaked. Bring a change of clothes and store in the lockers. Take a waterproof phone case if you really must take your phone. Take as little as possible with you, ideally nothing. There's nowhere to leave anything other than in your buggy and it will all get wet.

This is worth every penny! The staff were very responsive. We ended up going twice. Plan on 4 hours though because it’s a long day.

The experience itself is nice for the price, but please note that it's just a 2 hour experience (not 3 as advertised), since they spend 1 hour trying to sell you souvenirs. Also, they give you a little gift if you leave a review, which make it not so transparent for the community.
